Worst airline in the world. Do not travel!

缺點： I was told not to fly seaborne airlines by a friend and decided to book anyway as i thought it cant be that bad! The flight was scheduled to depart at 3:15 and we were waiting at the gate until 3:40 with no word about a delay or estimated boarding time from any staff. Eventually a very rude lady came down and said the plane was on its way and would be here in 15mins. This turned out to be a lie as a staff member of another company told us that the plane was just boarding at puerto rico and would be another 45mins - which turned out to be true. This service was unbelievably bad- the worst i have experienced world wide. Avoid this airline.
