優點: 環境服務都好

缺點: No

優點: Every one of the staff members was friendly, knowledgable and well groomed as well as articulate. Someone was constantly cleaning painting polishing or vacuuming something.

缺點: One afternoon the do not disturb sign was ignored and the house keeping staff tried to force the door open. Luckily there was a second lock device to prevent that. My wife had just flown in from America and landed at 7am. She went across America and then across the Atlantic, and she was understandably tired. We were trying to rest when we heard the racket at the door, startling both of us. It actually made me pretty angry, since the Do Not Disturb sign was outside. The next day they forgot the bottles of water for my room. The following day they forgot face cloths. The refrigerator was struggling to keep things barely chilled, and because of the proximity to Temple Bar, we had to sleep with the windows closed for the entire weekend. I feel the hotel charged at least 35% more than my room was worth, possibly because it was the weekend of the marathon

優點: 早餐內容很不錯，早餐提供到中午12:00，很適合晚起的人。 地點位置很好，市區主要景點都在步行範圍之內。

缺點: Construction work on going close to hotel. Noise day and night

優點: The location is fab! Rooms are so luxurious! Huge beds! Bathroom was to die for! Couldn't of asked for better and prices so reasonable!

優點: What a fantastic hotel. it is truly stunning and has a romantic feel. So much to look at, it has a stylish modern look that works well with the original castle. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable through out. Take a look on line at the photos and that is exactly what you get. Everything is of a good standard. The food is lovely but breakfast was a pre prepared buffet and not over hot. In that respect quite expensive when not being cooked to order. I would recommend the evening restaurant as the food is of a high standard and the Proseco was one of the nicest I have ever had. However, do keep your wits about you when the bill is presented. Check it carefully as mistakes do happen. The staff are friendly, attentive and work very hard.

缺點: one of my party complained the bed in there room needed upgrading.
