優點： everything in suite class

優點： personel provided excellent service

缺點： food was ok. A faulty entertainment system did make our flight feel longer.

優點： lot of turbulence, uncomfortable ride

缺點： The layover in Singapore was a nightmare with insufficient hotel accommodation, nothing but Asian food and overly officious security staff.

缺點： transfer process in Shanghai choatic. Need to wait for staff to take me to transfer area. Airport staff in Shanghai rude.

優點： Left on time.

缺點： Food very unappetising. Poor movie selection

優點： It was cheap but I would not do it again

缺點： I made friends with another passenger who when texting his number introduced himself as ‘XYZ, flight from hell’. That pretty much sums it up but here’s a laundry list of issues I faced on the trip 1. They landed us in a different airport in China and did not inform us on how to get to the other airport (PVG). After several failed attempts of catching a taxi that accepts Visa or US dollars, we finally got a bus that ferried us 2. They also did not automatically transfer the luggage, so I had to carry my two checked in bags to the other one and then stand in a 45 min queue to get them checked in again 3. Unhelpful ground staff 4. Delayed second flight. After a shitty eight hour long layover, we got another 2 5. Horrible food 6. No ear plugs are available in the plane 7. Not a single apology from the crew about the delay Also, anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin needs to understand that the crew in China is not well equipped to understand and help you, so be prepared to have the translation struggle

優點： Punctual

缺點： I was surprised for an overnight flight, no pillows provided, no toothpaste available, need to take hus from plane to terminal

優點： 1) check-in luggage 30kg 2) in-flight meal (small portion though) 3) in-flight entertainment 4) online check-in seat selection (free)

優點： The service is good in general.

缺點： The boarding process could be improved.

缺點： Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

優點： The crew are ok. They should find jobs with other, better airlines.

缺點： Flight delayed on both legs. Delay management horrible, call centre was worse.

優點： Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English.

缺點： BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless.

缺點： aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard.

優點： Friendly staff, smooth ride, easy boarding

優點： All of the ground staffs at Johor Bahru provided attentive and observant service. Cabin crew greeted with pleasant smile, friendly and provided excellent service.

缺點： maintenance work not manage well

優點： The plane was on time. There was cool air circulating from the moment we boarded The breakfast, which consisted of cereal, milk and a small muesli bar was good. Sky News was played on the drop down screen

缺點： The seats are cramped with very little arm room.

優點： Service fantastic

缺點： Food was a bit ordinary but on a short flight understandable

優點： The seats had more room than the bigger planes. We were offered a very nice sandwich for lunch There was cool air pumped around the plane from the moment we boarded

缺點： This flight was pleasant, so nothing to worry about.

優點： We eventually got to our destination safely although very stressed

缺點： The plane from Sydney to Brisbane was awful. The section where we were seated had a permanent cover over the windows, ours and others near us, over a large section. This was really claustrophobic. It was like being in a closed in tin can. It should be disclosed that the window seat is not a window seat so you have the option to change to somewhere else. The seats are really quite cramped. A huge delay

優點： Good crew, new plane, Ok food, good drinks

缺點： The seats are really uncomfortable

缺點： I didn’t have a pillow.

優點： Good quality plane with good entertainment options. Staff were good but seemed stretched, perhaps not enough staff?

缺點： Plan was 2 hours late departing, my daughter also took this flight 6 weeks beforehand and had similar delays.

優點： A perfect landing/touchdown into Auckland. Great pilot

缺點： Passenger immediately behind said that they couldn't watch their movie properly when I wanted to recline my seat for sleeping position. Had to wait!!

缺點： 機組人員服務態度可以再加強

缺點： 三明治乾硬，生菜還放在外頭，不好吃。 視聽系統每幾分鐘就自動變暗，有問題。

缺點： It took 1 hour for checking in in CDG 1 terminal. I missed the next light because of the delayed take off. And they change my ticket to Thai airways which is the fastest from Taipei to next destination.

缺點： The boarding was shambles, the seats mediocre and not comfortable neither were the pillows or bedding looking clean. The staff tried but they ran out of items pretty quick. I paid for KLM and got something sub-par

缺點： The total unprofessional service/ way we have been treated. Never again I will fly with this company. 2 hours delay from Amsterdam for a unknown reason as their English is very poor. As we took off we shared our concern for our connection in Guangzhou, after managing to find someone able to speak and understand English (unbelievable on an international flight) we have been told that would be fine and eventually worst case scenario there is another flight during the day. When we arrived we have been told nothing (even though we shared our concern from the beginning, they didn’t care at all, connection from the same company), when we went out of the plane we ask a crew member in the exit corridor who replied like annoyed of the question that’s fine take next on the left and next on the right (more with gesture than with an English language) when we arrived after running at the transfer gate we asked about the connection to Sydney the first staff told us that the gate was already closed and it’s too late, we then asked what to do : go in this queue and didn’t want to speak anymore. When we arrived at the desk we have been told gate is closed, wait on the side we’ll see later, we asked when and have been replied later....after 30min we have been told that there is no other flight before the day after (same company, different speech...) and wait again....there is another flight the day after in the morning with 6 seats available only...for the rest we don’t know we have to check but it’s gonna be hard because it’s the high season : Unbelievable as we were 15-20 people in this situation...after a couple of hour we have been offered to travel via Vietnam with a stop of 9 extra hours before having another flight of 9hours if we didn’t accept this one they didn’t know... Never ever again with this company and this airport...

優點： Helpful staff both on ground and in the air

缺點： - The plane supposedly has free wifi :) :) :) but this is too good to be true. After a long and complicated procedure “all free wifi passes are gone, try again next time”. Someone said there are only 70 passes for the entire plane. - Similar experience with “free wifi” Guangzhou’s Bayun airport if you don’t have a Chinese simcard in your phone. - Navigating China Southern’s website for online check-in is a nightmare.

優點： Loved the good space in seating. Really appreciated it. Mostly crew were friendly and eager to be helpful. The sudoku was the only entertainment I really wanted to use on this flight but it just refused to load. Didn't really matter as I had a good book with me and really enjoyed that.

缺點： One stewardess seemed reluctant to help me with cabin baggage. No smiles. Didn't much like the 3 hour delay, especially as my waiting time was already 5 hours, however, I'm sure your were doing all you could to get us safely to our destination as quickly as possible. These things happen.

優點： Professionalism of the Crew.

缺點： Business class seat are tired and in need of an overdue update.

優點： Nice seats in business, good food, nice crew.

缺點： Door closed ten minutes ahead of schedule yet had to wait on stand nearly half an hour to push back due to airport congestion. Arrived in HKG late at a remote stand and had to use stairs and be bussed to the terminal. I missed the last HKIA Express train to HK

優點： Food was mostly very nice.

缺點： The Manila transfer process was a waste of time. Why when only transferring through at the airport you must go to an insecure area to get a Manila stamp in your passport and then have to go back into the secure area via another security check.

優點： Again lovely food and crew. Same good seats as the A350 from LHR.

缺點： Boarded and ready on time but 1hr delay for ATC reasons . The A330's a bit short of toilets requiring a 'queueing system' at busy times. Probably not the actual airline's fault but the ground handlers at AKL took an hour to produce my bags meaning me missing a connecting internal flight.

優點： Aircraft spacious seats comfortable Crew very friendly and welcoming good movie selection

缺點： Cues at T2 massive to go through immigration zig zag around terminal Seats don’t adjust well and little leg room when flat. Food uninspiring. Tv fixed lots of reflections. Toilets small.

優點： Friendly staff Good customer service

缺點： There was nothing i dislike

優點： More space then previous flights. Attendants very pleasant and helpful.

缺點： Ran out of the food choices by the time they reached me. Had to make do with what was left.
