優點: 服務態度好

缺點: 地理位置離地鐵稍遠

優點: The room was lovely - everything you needed and amazing toiletries. The location of the hotel was ideal, a short walk from Southwark or you could walk straight out onto the Southbank. The staff were all delightful and extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

優點: The staff were extra friendly.

缺點: The spa is closed on weekends.

優點: Room were lovely Staff efficient and friendly Lovely hotel

缺點: Rooms were far too hot at night Breakfast area - Shown to a table that was not laid up but dirty then had to stand and wait until waitress cleared cleaned and re-laid. Bits of food below by our feet. Breakfast buffet lovely except cooked breakfast, dissappointing in lack of choice of egg and most food only warm, scrambled eggs cold.

優點: Great location from this clean and well maintained hotel. Has a high end feel but at reasonable prices.

缺點: Sometimes it can be too popular but the hotel copes well and the staff have always been cheerful and courteous.

優點: 床很舒適

缺點: 早餐太單調，與車站出口距離較遠，大堂未有清楚指示如何排隊check in或check out，價錢略貴

優點: Rooms were superb. Service was excellent.

優點: Sky sports, Sky Movies on TV. Reasonably priced room service.

缺點: Didn't feel mattress to be very comfy.

優點: It was just average to us. Nothing impressive.

缺點: It was again, fine. Nothing terrible either.

優點: 自助早餐款式不多，價錢略貴了點！床夠大不錯

缺點: 如果房內叫餐能夠選擇多點就好，例如能加上曰本料理就最好。

缺點: Due to front renovation no proper sign boards kept. Found it difficult to reach on the first day.

優點: excellent check in and check out by staff

缺點: dirty hallways, staff forgetting out tea or coffee each morning at breakfast

優點: 離車站很近，吃東西方便。

缺點: 停车场距离酒店远，停车也没有优惠；入住當天遇上酒店停水，連洗手間都沒有水，需要維修一晚，太恐怖了，不能洗澡，不能上廁所；酒店分幾棟樓，我們的房間在舊樓，所有設施都非常殘舊，特別是那個電梯，簡直和工業區工廠區的電梯一樣，而且收拾房間的員工不認真，不但遺漏了一張門口在插卡位上，而且洗手間沒有收拾乾淨，我們進房的時候還以為進錯房間。後來酒店雖然道歉了停水的事，也解釋了因為市政的問題導致停水，酒店也退了一點點房費，真的只是一點點，還不夠吃個早餐。但是入住體驗真的非常糟糕。

優點: Location and Spa

缺點: A little tired in places

優點: 交通位置方便提早訂cp值很高，

缺點: 洗手台排水孔會小積水

優點: Location is very central, across the road from a tube station and right next to Oxford St for shopping.

缺點: Room was small, perfect for travelling as only really in the room to sleep. Was disappointed that the pool was shut for renovations while I was staying as I wasn't aware of this when booking.

優點: 非常滿意～員工很友善，房間大小適中，早餐也蠻好吃的～ 重點是地理位置超方便！！！！！ 超出期望～CP值很高～

優點: We went on a weekend away because he had tickets to see Harry Potter and the cursed child, which the hotel was a short five minute walk away which was great for me and my friend to get there as it was over 2 nights.

缺點: However we were never informed that there was to be building works happening throughout February. This resulted in there being no room for a reception desk and little to do in the hotel as everything was cordened off. As for the rooms, they were small and dated, they also didn't have much of a blind for the windows. As there has been a neon lit build finished across the street from the hotel, the room was lit up all night. To add to this there was a false fire alarm at 4am in the morning which no one came to inform us about but we could barely hear it from our room. The shower cubicle was really small with a really powerful shower that wasn't pleasant and to top everything we had a cockroach crawl into our room just before our departure that resided under our bed. All in all multiple things went wrong with our stay and I wouldn't recommend.

優點: 地理位置絕對是超棒的。出門就有超市和車站。到處都可以找到飲食的地方，而且時間上基本都很合適。大英博物館就在附近，簡直不能更棒了~~

缺點: 房間好小哦~~ 衛浴也是超級節省空間的設計。晚上有些吵。呆了4個晚上，床單一直都沒有換過，據說要換的話需要另加錢…… 房間裏的陳設感覺都比較的陳舊。水的味道也有些怪。

優點: Not much other than it was clean and close to the Eurostar. Essentially you paid for the location.

缺點: No toiletries or fridge. Tiny double bed in awkwardly shaped room. In Europe it would have been marked up as a no frills business hotel and would have cost far less.

優點: 交通便利，生活機能性佳。

缺點: 地毯很髒，浴室配備故障老舊，沒有排水孔，洗澡水會滲入房內的地毯。房內地毯非常骯髒，沒有吹風機，跟經理要還被兇一頓，態度極差！

缺點: 整體不值得這個價錢，清理完房間也沒補水，早餐很寒酸、電梯不是一般的爛！
