缺點: 我個人不喜歡洗手盆再浴室外，另外浴簾不夠長 位置在內街，第一次到酒店會用了很多時間找，Google map又只會叫你走路去，挺不便

缺點: (1)飯店電話竟然沒有人接? (2)房間太小

缺點: 房間小到爆炸，連廁所都放不下，完全沒有地方活動，大窗戶跟床緊鄰，早上被曬醒

優點: Hotel is very high tech, fast WiFi, the room have everything on remote (mood lighting, black out blinds, TV and radio, etc). If you are using the alarm clock then you i recommend the wildly setting.
缺點: The soundproofing was not as effective as they boast about. If you are happening to be staying on Saturday night do pack some foam earplugs, there is noise from a nearby nightclub going to be on till 6am.

優點: Room was very good. Spa was good. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.
缺點: Slight issue with room not being ready. Was invited to the premier area to have a free drink. However we were left in a room where businessmen were having a meeting and all of the drink sat in locked cabinets so,we couldn't have anything anyway. No-one came back to check on us so we left for the bar.

優點: 精致很裝潢，環境舒適，酒店人員友好， 空間大，孩子們加床睡的很甜，女兒說這是在倫敦住過最棒的飯店，離肖迪奇熱門區域走路也只要8分鐘，讓我們有一個很美好的旅程體驗。

優點: The team who work there seem to go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. It was my daughters 21st birthday and they sent a bottle of champagne to the room. The guy in the foyer with blonde curly hair also did everything he could to enhance our stay...... I would definitely go back to this hotel....
