The facility was awesome, the room was nice sized. I didn’t feel crammed in. It was very big, the breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot I could eat due to food restrictions.
The people in the room next to us were VERY loud. Slamming door and kill yelling and screaming at all hours.
Mediocre hotel for a luxury price
The location on the water was nice.
Breakfast was included but lacking. Maid service was incomplete, only made one of the beds and left the other.
Location, room size and refrigerator
Beds were full size not queen, breakfast only had carbs.
Great hotel find on the Cape
Very clean and the staff was very attentive.
Reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Nice amenities.
Pool was very dirty. Walls were greenish. We didn't go in twice
Both pizza parties were out of pizza before the half hour so my family didn't get any. there were kids running up and down hall banging on my door all day/night. I called front desk they said not much they can do because there's a lot kids there. So we didn't get much sleep. Line for breakfast was 30 min long.
The staff, atmosphere, everything was awesome!!! Linda at the front desk, especially, was very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Guests in the hallways were awfully loud (not the hotel's fault), though I couldn't help but think the doors were too thin. Everything else about the place was great.
Decent location, good value for the money. Rooms reasonably plain, but clean. Included breakfast adequate, staff was quite helpful. Hot Tub was also clean, and appeared to be well-kept. Bar appeared to be a nice little place, although didn't get to use it this trip.
Out of control kids!! Probably my mistake, as the Saturday night which we checked in was the last day of Mass Feb. vacation. I guess that I didn't realize how noisy it could be; additionally, being put in a room which was in the access hall to the pool made it almost unbearable. One would have thought that the staff would have put us in an out-of-the-way room. To be fair, the staff did post people in the hall in order to keep the ruckus down to a dull roar, and Sunday night was indeed much quieter, but I can't recommend this place to anyone who wants to be assured of a quiet stay. I don't think that I'll risk another night's sleep by staying here again on my next trip to the Cape.
