Ok but not worth what I paid
The front desk guy was nice and easy to make changes and fulfill requests
The first room we were, the toilet did not work so they put us in another room on the next floor but it was very inconvenient moving a 6 year old and a 1 year old at midnight. (We had a late check in and we all were tired) So we get in our second room and there was two spiders in our bed. I looked over it because at that point I just wanted to rest. When we got up the next morning I pulled out the iron to iron my family's clothes and the cord in the iron would not stay locked. It kept pulling it back in and eventually water was all on their clothes. I love Marriott but this one just wasn't up to par. For the inconveniences I could've stayed at a cheaper hotel. At my check in there was also a couple that just got married and were still in their clothes and dress. They had trouble finding there reservation and the front desk clerk seemed to have no urgency for the matter niether did I hear and apology for the inconvenience. I definitely wasn't expecting to have the experience that we had. The parking was also really bad. I guess because Texas Roadhouse is right next door to the hotel. I had to park in the back, in the dark with two little ones. Not the most comforting situation at all. I won't stay here again. Especially not at $109 when it's only worth about $60
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Shower rod was bent and most of the clip were broken so it was difficult to keep the curtain close. The bed was made but the bed skirt was hanging out from under the end of the bed (not on properly) makes you wonder if they couldn't take the time to put it on was else did they not have time to do. Just wasn't a $120 room!
Super nice staff...good location...bathtub filled
I forgot toothepaste and the front desk staff so quickly and kindly brought me up some toothpaste packets to my room. Front desk staff at checkin was awesome, and checking out as well. Super nice!
bathtub filled up with water while showering...water held in tub up to my calf...didn't go down even by the time I left my room. the rooms need a bit of an update and sprucing up.
Staff was fantastic. Helped us find a laundromat because theirs was out of service. Great recommendation for dinner. Extremely clean (just reconstructed after the tornado). Comfortable beds. Maid even came running after me in the parking lot with something I'd left in the room (we'd talked to her in the hall).
