While staying at Astromare I liked its position, being close to the sea but again close to Verona, Padua and of course Venice.
The hotel is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. It also has a nice secured parking.
The bathroom is a bit small, and the breakfast is always the same.
The hotel manager was extremely friendly and hepfull
The number of mosquitos aroud the pool area prevented us from using it.
terrible service They ended up charging us more money than what they quoted us for and the lady at the counter was yelling at me when I said that what not the prize given to us at the moment of the booking!!!. Is a 3 star hotel with the service only 1 star. Just because it has a pool which is really no that nice they make it a 3 star and it is overprized. We stayed two extra nights at the hollywood hotel which is next door and that one was just fantastic, friendly staff, excellent service and much cheaper!!! Don't waste your time and money at the Astromare..
the hotel is close to the sea and the area is OK.
the hotel is not a 3 star Italian hotel. the staff is not professional, air conditioning works 30% of its capacity, swiming pool is for childrean, even the breakfast was really poor. in conclusion, it was not a big deal to stay there.
