I liked the sea view and air, hotel architechture, design and decor, spa and pools, restaurant and the amiable waitors, food, plants, homelike atmosphere
tv programs were only in German and Italian, internet access was provoded only in the common area with the queues to the only note-book, I particularly dislikeed rough soldgers' blankets on the bed
The heated pools were nice, breakfast was ample and varied. The water from the faucets is all really excellent- we wondered if it was also thermal water. Nice walking distance from Panza and Sorggeto. Overall good value if you get a good price on a room. (We stayed in an economy room during low season).
Our room was across the busy street and up the hill; kind of an inconvenient walk for using the pools. Our room had ants, but the staff did say they would take care of them.
How the resturant and staff treatd us. We like atmosphere of the resturant over looking the bay.
We had some problems with ac in are room and we complain about it and they were unable to fixed it.
The ppol, spa, and staff were great.
The rooms were not up to 4 star standards so I felt a little mislead. The rooms were not attached to the more modern hotel.
very beautiful views of the ocean. Breakfast was nice. staff was friendly.
The shower doors in room 825 are broken. Water floods the floor as a result of shower doors that do not shut completely. This was only a minor set back. Towels helped here.
