Ehh.. You get what you pay for.
Bathroom sink area was clean. Carpet was clean. Air condotioning worked very well. Blinds blocked light well. Fridge was clean. Toilet and shower clean. Semi soft toilet paper. Very nice hand towels and wash cloths. Was tempted to take some! Personal on the phone was friendly. Bed was comfy!!!
I was a housekeeper for Disney so I have some standards, but I'm not too picky. So first things first, the bed. I remade the entire bed. The sheets looked clean but it was hard to tell since the sheets were a dark beige striped color. The comforter had a yellow again on the inside soooo we just didn't use that. We usually don't use it anyway because ya know... Those things are ancient sometimes. The mattress cover wasn't even on all the way. It was sorta halfway. There were no bed bugs though which is something EVERYONE should always look for. The dresser and nightstand with stone/marble looking tops had this weird gunk on it? Like hard jelly? I don't even know. Other furniture had the usual long term wear and tear like kids scratching things into the wooden table tops etc. The front door didn't close completely but enough to lock it. It kept letting a draft in. The towels had some stains on them even though theyd already been through the wash. There was a different staff member than the one I had talked to on the phone. He was not as friendly as the staff on the phone. The staff in person was quite impatient. Especially when I had to have him repeat himself. Felt like he really didn't like his job. Also the room key is an actual key. That's the first time I've had a hotel room where they gave me an actual key.
