Pretty much nothing everything's was ok
Not what you would expect in a good hotel
Many things not to like: no one on duty at the desk at 7:30 pm, had to wait 10 minutes til someone showed up; room had a strange smell; bathroom shower drain overflowed into the room; breakfast had waffles, but terrible coffee and no cold cereal.
THE STAFF IS THE BEST
Any requests I made were handled perfectly.... The late checkout ater a 4 day stay really came in handy. The housekeeping didn't bother me once during my stay which is very important to me.
Room close to the elevator.. noise coming and going from guests.. Thats it.
Emma gave excellent service.
Emma served breakfast and she did with skill and enthusiasm.

Check - in and out was very easy. The lady working in the breakfast area was very helpful. The main lobby was nioce.
Facility was under renovation. There was no literature in the room to tell you what time was breakfast and there was nothing posted on the room that the breakfast was served in.The Breakfast was not up to our expectations. There was no gravy and the eggs were not very good. Could not find any salt or pepper.
