I wasn’t able to check in. Even though I pre payed for the trip because they wouldn’t accept my card (chime credit) and they offered me no options so I payed for a room that I was not allowed to stay in.

The front desk guy was a complete jerk, there were 8 of us so 4 rooms and we asked to be at least in the same hall or somewhere close to each other he put us at opposite ends on each level and the couple that checked in behind us we're right next to our room. So that was irritating. Then the walls are so thin we heard every step from the people above us and kids screaming up and down the halls. Also house keeping started at 8 am even with the do not disturb, woke us up in vacation I was really annoyed.
The staff was very kind and took care of our every request without fail.

The shuttle drivers (both ways) were very friendly. They took us to a store to get diapers for our baby since we ran out.
The staff at the restaurant and the front desk were very unpleasant. They made us feel like we were a complete pain for asking for nothing out of the ordinary. The woman at the front desk was just plain rude. The bathroom floor and tub didn't look like it was cleaned (hair in the tub and on the floor. Go with another hotel for the same price.

Not being acknowledged at the desk when I walked in. I had just come off of a 7 day backpacking trip and am clear I didn't look very good with my scruffy hair and beard. That's why I was there, for a shower and to shave. Staff at such a property should know not to judge a book by its cover.
