The breakfast was the usual fare but tasty.
One of the beds had bugs in it. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and we could not stopper the tub.
weekend in the Smokys
Motel was convenient to the "action".
Everything in Pigeon Forge is so expensive.
Works for a basic place to sleep
The price was good.
The room was a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. There was a switch for a fan in the bathroom but it didn't work. The toilet flushed REALLY slowly and eventually got clogged. Unfortunately, there was no plunger in the room and this happened after 10pm, which is when the front desk person leaves, so we had a non-functioning toilet until after 8am the next day. So, don't try to check-in after 10pm or have any issues because there's nobody there. I get this is a small motel, but I've never stayed somewhere that didn't have a person onsite 24hrs for issues, etc. Parking was also very limited, if it's busy like when I stayed there, there didn't seem to be enough spaces for all guests...
Everything was dirty
Overall rating is bad, the rooms are stinky and bad odor, AC not working properly. Not a value for money. I don't suggest this lodge for anyone. Overall a bad experience for my family
It was a good value for the money.
The man who called me when there was a problem with my credit card could have been friendlier.
Very nice place to stay friendly staff king bed was comfortable had the room in back it was very quiet I would stay there again
STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
SMELL, NOT CLEAN, SMOKERS EVERYWHERE INCLUDING IN THE ROOMS
The bed was comfortableand the llocation was great.
The carpet was dirty mold in the shower and the chairs were falling apart.
