好評：Computers were down all afternoon when I checked in. Staff did a good job of getting my a key and letting me get room--good thing I had printout from reserevation. Next morning computers were running, but when desk clerk called for airport shuttle, they did not answer phone so he had to ride his personal motorcycle to shuttle station to let them know to pick two of us up to for transport to airport. Glad for his resourcefulness in making that happen.
負評：Aside from computers not being up to facilitate smoother check-in........the Howard Johnson has a fenced area for long term parking of cars while flying. There were no signs on the parking lot to be certian was correct lot. Lot is self-parking and behind hotel, and is another adjacent parking lot. Also was given no receipt or claim ticket for parked car. I would like to have had something in writing to confirm they acknowledged my car was properly parked and showing the plate number to be sure THEY knew whiche was my car. Part of this might have been due to computer being down when I checked in and hectic matter of phone not working. I gave a slip of paper to night clerk evening before with descriptin of car and plate number--but never received confirmation was entered. I asked morning clerk if he showed my reservtgion for 20 days parking, which he did--but I forgot to ask if the car itslef was described. Hectice pace of boarding shuttle and 3AM next morning distractd me from making sure the car was entered or asking for a receipt.
