We stayed at this hotel either side of a cruise which was leaving from Marseille. Its close proximity to the port and the centre of the city was important and this hotels location was excellent for our purposes.
The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a revamp. Marseille is not a very safe city, my wife had a gold chain ripped from her neck and we heard other similar stories, nothing to do with the hotel but the destination.
The location is spot on, right next to the marina and restaurants. Metro is very close. Staff were extremely helpfull
Could have done with English chanels on the TV. Unfortunately yet another victim of crime in this city.
Great location with an angled view of the marina.Right in the heart of it all-the little tourist train, boat trips and the daily fish market were a stones throw away.Such friendly, helpful staff who excelled themselves!
Bath no real shower but realise this is common.Personal preference.
Extremely helpful staff and a great terrace roof where you could eat your meals. Even though there wasn't parking with the hotel, there was a drop and collection point for baggage and the public car park was good value and close by.
Our room was very small, and the noise from the road when the window was open was excessive. However the noise from the air conditioner wasn't much better!
friendly staff and location
size of the bedroom was very small, could just about walk around the bed.
Everything! Especially the location, and the friendliness of the staff, most of whom had good English. Excellent roof terrace for sunny lunches or evening drink with a view. First class breakfast, with a great choice, worth the money.
quiet room, harbour view, sun terrace with view on roof, free wifi access, good breakfast
Very central inVieux Port and beautiful view from roof terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is no bar in the hotel but plenty bar restaurantd in the area, spoled for choice.
Location, helpful staff, great roof terrace with a fantastic view
hotel staff very helpful, speak good english and helpyou in anyway they can.
