The rooms were spaciuos and large. It was cleaen. The open areaa in front of the rooms and play area for the children were nice.
The location was not that easy to find, the staff were not aware of intresting sight seeing places.
The furniture, space and neatness. But two big problems: Location and Food. Location in the Friday Market Road. More than ten long double deck trucks selling goats in the parking directly opposite. The roads were very crowded because of the public market location. This Location is absolutely not suitable for such facility.
Only indian Food is served in the single restaurant. No menu in the rooms. Breakfast with no variety. we went two times of six days and my wife did not eat anything anyway.
New clean building and the nice furniture in the rooms. The rate was worth it.
For wife no hairdryer, did'nt know the guests had to put on the geyser (had cold water), light switch between beds had shocked my wife!
Staff was welcoming and friendly.
Check-out took a very long time.
The spacious room which is equiped by new comfortable furniture including an iron and a washing machine.
1-The location (Meat Central MARKET!!!). To make it worse the place the days before the Adaha holdiays (wagfa) made the area an open market for selling and slautring goats and you can imagine the smell an traffic. However, the place was smelled better and the traffic vanished during the Eid holiday. 2- very limited parking slots which caused a lot of scrateches to my car.3- Avoid room 114, a 2 bed room-suite that smelled like a dead rat and was justified as a new paint. (we managed to change teh room in the 3rd night).4- The breakfast is very indian and very basic.5- The internet was not free as was mentioned in bookings.com.
Open and airy central atrium - huge rooms with very effective air conditioning and comfy beds
A little far from Muscat tourist attractions but easy to get taxis
Clean room, Good equipments, Nice hotel with all facilities like lcd tv, dvd player, etc.
Freinly staff, view of court yard (Omani style), family standard suites
Restaurat (poor), high rate/ no wireless intenet/ no city tour to remarkable places and shopping centers and malls,
Everything was brand new and clean as the hotel has just opened. Staff were very friendly. A small children's playground kept the kids occupied when we needed to be indoors. The 2 bedroom family suite was very spacious, with a large kitchen, 2 TVs and DVD player. There is a supermarket next door which is handy. We thought it was great value for money.
A few teething problems - leaky toilet and some construction in the supermarket in the building at night meant there was some banging in the evening.
Ambience & comfort.
