Very relaxed atmosphere. Great decor. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech medina.
Food / drinks are expensive. But this is the case with most hotels in and around Marrakech. I do understand that it is a hotel and as such I dont expect to be charged the same as a restaurant, but i just feel that if they reduced there prices by about 20%, people would be more inclined to buy food/drink at the hotel, instead of waiting till they go into town. The hotel would make more money in the end...
The rooms are lovely and the whole place is brilliantly laid out….even though the rooms are close to the pool and the bar it seems like they are in a totally separate place. It is very peaceful and relaxing.
On our 3rd night a new chef started. The food until then was pricey but excellent. Once the new head chef started the standard of food plummeted but the prices didn't. This was slightly disappointing in an otherwise fantastic hotel.
Luxury, Romantic, Beautiful Hotel. Conveniently 10 minutes (taxi 10€ each way) from Marrakech's Medina. The private pool is a must have, amazing experience, make the effort :-)
Absolutely loved the pool suite - an incredible place to truly get away from it all. The food was also exquisite. I would fully recommend this place to anyone.
Quite pricey in terms of food and extras but to be expected.
peace and quiet, good food, total relaxation
needs some upgrading, service was an issue, dinner menu needs to have specials menu was limitedspa needs to be bigger, needs a gym
Not only were we received as if we were royalty but they upgraded us to a junior suite. Both my husband and I are avid travellers, but this beat almost everything we'd ever experienced. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it to the full since we arrived quite late at night and had to leave very early in the morning. Wish I could have stayed here longer and will definitely come back.
If you want to be close to the Medina, forget it. But we wanted a romantic night to celebrate something. Though the dinner setting on the outside terrace was magical, we did have to ask for a serviette four times. The staff might not be too experienced but they make up for it in friendliness.
stunning design, everything about the place has character. Very relaxing setting with an excellent restaurant
nice hotel, a lot of lux, very good dinners, nice and disciplined staff maybe even too much, quiet and full of colours, fine deco.
quite far from the city. After few days a stay can become boring and very passive, since there is no common facilities for guests (except maybe regular evening attacks of ants - big size!). You have the impression that you are separated from others in a bit bombastic, not natural way. Good for very tired or lazy people who want to do nothing, but relax in the sun.
Beautiful gardens and liked the architecture of the hotel building and individual riad style accomodation
Not an overly welcoming arrival. Re the room no full length mirror anywhere in the suite apart from a high bathroom mirror. No information anywhere in the room or at the hotel on what time meals were served and location - and no literature on amentities, or local activities / other hotels etc guests might like to visit. Poorly stocked minibar.
