Excellent Breakfast, Perfect Business Hotel
Location is on a crossroads for varying Madrid venues, right in between the Chueca and Salamanca districts. Being in between tourist, business, and evening outings venues makes the hotel a good location if needing to do a little of everything. Although the breakfast is typical of an nh hotel it really is considered excellent as compared with majority of the chains other hotels. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only major problem with this hotel which is really unfortunate, is the terrible sounds emitting from the old water pipes in the building. Very loud and obnoxious sounds get so loud in the morning when other guests are taking showers that makes it impossible to stay sleeping especially if you had a long Madrid night out and need some desperate rest. That problem alone brings down this hotel from a strong 5 star rating to a poor 3 star.
Breakfast, beds & staff.
Hotel was nice but we had a room on the street 2nd floor which was very noisey during the night, people shouting and drinking.
Everything. The great room, the price, the staff, breakfast. Excellent.
The hotel has very good location, near the city center and the main shops, very good breakfast with fruits, omelet, con flakes, cheese!!!
WiFi is limited by 30 minutes in the lobby of the hotel. So if you want an hour of internet you should take 2 codes for 30 minutes to access the internet...
Excellent location, restructured old building, very nice!
Conditions of location was preeminent. Breakfast was very delicious. From station to 50 theMth place from subway of piece 2 from Gran Via soon。The bath in the room may be also large. As for above all, breakfast is very delicious.
It is very satisfactory. There is no dissatisfaction.
Staff friendly, efficient and polite and the hotel's location is perfect.
Building works, of which we were unaware, prevented window shutter closure, which let light in all night.
The metro is at 1 minute, good hotel and good price
Direct access to the hotel via the Metro was an important feature. The instructions provide via the hotel information concerning travel on the Metro from the airport to the hotel was a strong selling point.
