Breakfast had a wide selection of delicious foods. Our room was much larger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. We’d love that we could walk out the door and become part of the enjoyable evening stroll in Madrid or enjoy a rooftop sangria instead of leaving. Thank you to our rooftop server Carmen and all of the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful.
Seriously, I can’t think of anything.

Great location, clean rooms, strong AC, shower pressure was very good, and the room is quiet considering the noise outside the hotel.
The wifi was spotty and slow.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated. Conveniently located in centre of city. Great staff. Warm and friendly. Hop off and on bus tour close by.

One of my favorite hotels ever
This was one of my favorite hotel stays in my life. I was traveling with my husband. We really enjoyed the ocean view (We also saw what the city view would be, and I'm sure it would be nice). The location was excellent, right on the water but also a very short walk into old town. The staff was the nicest and most helpful in Spain, especially the concierge, who gave great recommendations for everything we wanted to do.
