The location was perfect as it was walking distance from main attractions.
The staff charged for breakfast when we didn't even attended the breakfast neither we called for breakfast in the room.When I challenged it they took off the charges. My family checked out of one room a day before and they were charged extra too. They were running late for the airport so they paid without checking exactly. But next day when I checked out and asked them to produce the evidence of me or my husband in the breakfast room or the call recording of the phone if we called for breakfast in the room. All of a sudden the staff took off all the charges. This makes me think that my family has been charged extra too as they didn't check

Amazing hotel!
The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and the employees are very helpful. Really enjoyed staying here.

Location is great, right in the middle of town, restraunts, bars tapas and shopping.my room was big although I took a superior room. There are no views from any room windows. I took the advice of other reviews and asked for a room away from corridor to be quiet
Bad inroom breakfast. Also the morning buffet breakfast is not very exciting and too expensive

The hotel is situated in central Madrid on a surprisingly quiet street corner. Both the room and its bathroom were spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped. Staff was polite and helpful, their english skills varied.
We asked for a street side room for light on an upper floor for quiet and we got one but we had to take two lifts and walk a long lonely corridor between them. A bit creepy late at night!
