優點: 整體環境很棒，服務人員也都很友善，是非常適合親子渡假的選擇

優點: 早餐很多選擇，酒店與酒店或樂園接駁巴士很方便 酒店內提供小朋友活動亦非常充足
缺點: 晚上有時會聽到水管流動聲音

缺點: 唯一的缺點就是住的房間有點遠，行李箱因為地毯的關係有點難推

優點: The staff were so friendly and helpful at all levels: reception, breakfast, Lounge Club, pool and spa. The breakfast was awesome.

優點: 主席套房空間大，環境漂亮！
缺點: Check in比較慢。員工服務態度一般。room service員工送來冰桶時，只在門口遞給我，而不是替客人拿進房間。booking時已經有告知有慶祝活動，但酒店沒有送任何蛋糕或香檳給我。早餐也一般，選擇少，味道也一般！總而言之，酒店性價比低，以後未必會再去！

優點: Everything was great exact the staff were rude on check in. The facilities were amazing and I did get a late check out to 2pm.
缺點: Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.

優點: Hotel staff are exceptional. We encountered problems unrelated to the hotel during our stay but thanks to the hard work and courtesy of the staff, the problems were solved immediately. They obviously take client service very seriously. Truly impressed by staff.

缺點: 遇上抗爭人群、交通極不方便... 無法自在的逛街，極不安全！

缺點: Tired bedrooms some of which in need of a renovation. Not so bad you wouldn’t want to stay in but you can tell the hotel is a well established venue

優點: 床鋪舒適、健身房有備礦泉水跟平板、還有洗衣機烘乾機
缺點: 隔音太差了。瑜珈墊很髒

缺點: 空調有氣味，浴室設施差 （水龍頭漏水，企缸去水慢） 裝修用料差，房間細小，隔音差

優點: 早餐不錯 好吃 服務也親切 反映問題也有立即處理
缺點: 馬桶打掃清潔需加強 床單 被套 等寢具備品需每天更換 或是提供不更換告示 通知清潔人員

優點: 地點很好，離中環地區的景點很近，麥當勞、星巴克、生記粥品等都在附近。洗烘衣機不收費。
缺點: 傳說中的飲料喝到飽沒有了，每日剩下兩瓶礦泉水，不夠喝可以到二樓飲水機加水，櫃檯完全沒有提到住宿有提供早餐，四天都沒吃到，二樓的公共空間小點和水果完全沒補充，床單有口紅印跟污漬，而且床不穩（應該是彈簧壞了）。
