Overall, the best option for a budget
This is located only a few minutes from the MTR. The breakfast buffet was real food, scrambled eggs, tater tots, chicken nuggets, congee, fruit, a variety of meats and noodles with coffee and tea. It costs $55 HKD, so unless it is part of your room deal, you are just as well off going to McDonalds down the street. The staff are all helpful. Believe it or not, this really is a good deal for the area, being a big step up from a hostel without breaking the bank at other, much better hotels in the area. Think Knights Inn or Motel 6 or Super 8, and you'll be better prepared for the experience. We had an upgrade room with a refrigerator and safe, and that was the level of a Knights Inn single bedroom.
The rooms are very small, less than half the size of the average American hotel room with a single bed. The bed will be a severe trial for most western guests. I know I am tall, but there is no reason a 177 cm person should have their feet hanging off the edge of the bed. Sharing the bed with a much taller spouse meant one of us was contorted in strange angles in order for both of us to fit. I have grown accustomed to Chinese wood board mattresses, so the bed was actually a step up in that it had a centimeter thick pad over what is basically a box spring. The room was damp and smelled musty, and the shower was very tight. Also, the toilet stopped working (no water flow even though there was water in the shower and sink) for about 12 hours on the second day.
Good room
All was good
None
Over-priced, no space to place luggage or any personal items, the walls are thin so you can hear the slightest sound from neighbours/hallway, questionable cleaniness (i.e. carpet not vacuumed).
location is within walking distance to all transportations
The room I stayed is small.
The room I stayed is small. And I dont think it is worth to live here for a high-pay
The room was small .
The room was small , the environment was noise.
The Hotel was fine and was we thought it would be for the Money
fair price and easy access to MTR
managers are snubs (although staffs were friendly), breakfast buffet menu is the same every day (I ate the same breakfast menu for 4 consecutive days; imagine, eating this menu for a week or even a month... yuck!)
very helpfull and friendly staff
it was only half built.......there was only a reception a lift and bedrooms....nothing to do at hotel and no bar or restaurant..
In easy reach of public transport.
Room size on the small side.
Front desk services were quite good.
It was bit noisy in hall way, we could hear the door shut sound and people saying. Room was smaller than I expected. I had hard time taking a showel. ^^ But for the costs... it was O.K.
