Presence of air conditioning.
Very small room, no window to open, only positive is presence of air conditioning. Quite expensive, given the room quality and being outside the centre.
non existant customer service, tiny room, poor quality, bitten by something all night, felt like spending a night in a prison cell (I imagine!).
Extremely convenient location to center of Arles, and to the highway for easy access to other tourist/interesting cities/locales.
Too compact and frugal furnishings.
The manager was friendly. It is a very basic hotel, the difficult part was that we didnt have a car and as the bus stopped running at 18:30 it was not convenient for returning back to the hotel later.
The bathroom wasnt very clean, plus the comment above.
I was suprised by ants! alot of ants. it's inconvenient to get by bus. The last bus is around 19pm from center of city. I think this hostel is good for people who has car.
Proximity of town
1. We were put in a single disabled room, had to pull very low bed out at nigh which blocked door - fire exit. Lower bed never made and not full size and floor dirty. Door to bathroom was broken and could not be cclosed. Very noisy at night from road and other young party going moped riders.
It is not hotel !!!!!!!!!! it is not room !!!!!
electronic checking in system, very user friendly.
It's getting a little bit rundown and the room servicing isn't as good as it should be.
Bad communication skills of the staff
