Decent and worth your money
The price, refrigerator, bed comfort, shower pressure and temperature and room temperature
The microwave was HORRIBLE it didn't warm your food up correctly other than that it was ok
Staff was nice and very helpful. I wanted to switch rooms and she walked me through the steps.
Wasn’t super dirty, but it could’ve been a tad bit cleaner. Nevertheless, it was still good value for the money we paid.
Smelly hotel, gross facilities
Hotel is super close to the stadiums, and there is a free shuttle to and from the events.
All rooms smelled like mildew and everything was damp. My allergies were really affected to the point where I was having trouble breathing. "Upgraded/remodeled" rooms didn't include new tubs/showers. Overpriced for what you get.
Definitely needs to improve
The only good thing about the hotel that I can say is it's location and nothing more
Shuttle driver is not a good driver runs red lights all in all unsafe. If your disabled and your going to the stadium make sure you demand to be dropped off at the stadium not where they drop people off also get the street name and the lot that they say to meet at cause if you don't you're S.O.L . And when you call the hotel to get that info try not to get angry cause the girl at the front desk doesn't understand a thing you're saying. Beds are terrible and mold growing in shower
One of my faves!
Very clean, no loitering customers, quiet, fridge, professional and nice staff
Great place to sleep
The place was very clean which is not what I expected. The staff are great. The place blocks out most of the road noise so its quiet. The shower was powerful and hot. Its easy to spot from the road. It is in walking distance (and yes you can walk to these places because there are crossings going under the bridge) of a 7/11 (24 hours) a denny's (highly recommended for breakfast, especially the steak eggs and hash with bacon and cheese), a Red Neck Restaurant and Bar (this is a fantastic place to eat and drink). To be honest we walked everywhere... baseball stadium, at&t stadium which has a wallmart next to it and a restaurant/pub next to that, shootsmart gun range, Cavenders Cowboy equipment, rollercoasters. Remember even though you can walk to these places it can be disconcerting because the pavement ends randomly. The taxi's are $1 for the first person and $2 per person after that. For four people... it is a $75 taxi ride from DFW to the hotel (go to the taxi rank, beware of randoms inside trying to con you), from the hotel to the 'Cross Point' station for dallas and fort worth is $45 ($5 return, get ticket before getting on the train!!!). $65 to Gas Monkey Bar and about the same to the 'Stockyards'.
The pool isn't open all night even though the pool lights are on at night. It doesnt feel that secure even though we had no issues. The window glass looks easily broken. You really need a car, because taxi's are expensive. But this is Americas fault not the knights inn.
Shower did my drain or turn off. Room was DISGUSTING and dirty. Stains on the couch, chairs, walls. My clothes stunk the next day just from being in the room. Mold in the bathroom and dead bugs in the lights. The trash was not emptied out from the last person in the room. I can not believe you actually charge people to stay on your rooms. The door looked like it was attacked by a bear. I would never stay at this hotel again even if I was paid to do so. I would have brought this up to the front desk hook check out, but felt so dirty, that I just wanted to leave. Terrible stay in a disgusting, dirty hotel.
The bed was nice but too few pillows. The location made it easy to get to where I needed to go. The TV included movie channels. Room had a full size refrigerator and a small microwave.
The motel looked very run down and it generally felt like an unsafe atmosphere. Some of the locks on the door had been removed or torn off. The shower was dirty and still had hair all over it from the previous occupant. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow.
Not bad for the money.
Clean. Great location.
Appearance. Breakfast is a little weak.
awful service, terrible location, complete waste o
My favorite part was leaving
The staff didn't understand english, didn't know how to treat their customers, or how to keep things professional
It a place just to lay your bed
Beds were comfy, good continental breakfast.
Well when we pulled in my first thoughts were do they rent out the rooms by the hour? Again inside the room was a nice surprise. But in the evenings all you saw Rd guys drinking in the lot. We woke up to empty beer bottles by our tires and room. Our keycards stopped working the 2nd day there and had yo go twice to the front desk in the rain to get them to get someone out ghre to help us.
Just Wanted a Weekend away
I liked the size of the bed, the amenities in the room were more than I expected a fridge and a microwave was an awesome touch.
The reversal of the water temps, my fiancee thought we had no hot water, when I went and testes it out I burned my hand. Warning would have been nice, mostly the TV was nice but the picture started messing up and became blurry. Was a hassle to watch. The shower was small than hoped but only real issues.
Loved to stay in this hotel. Facilities are too good. Shuttle service to Six flags is pleasant. Seeing Six flags amusement park from hotel enriches our jolly mind. Morning breakfast is good.
Exterior looks very old and need some modernization.
