The hotel interior design is very nice and the romanian restaurant is very good with decent price.
The bathroom is small but the worst was the cleaning of the rrom. The room has not been cleaned for the all three day we stayed. I found a peanut from previous customer on the floor near one of the sofaa on the first day and this peanut was still there when we left. This mean the room has not been vacumed at least for foor days. Similar issues with our bed sheet. Our bedsheet were not changed during all our stay despite. To summarize, the hotel is nice but the house keeping is poor, not to the standard to a 5* hotel.
Free spa area, polite staffs, spacious room, quietness.
The staff who checked me in was kinda unprofessional. She asked me for 4-5 times that I need to have another confirmation than the one I had from booking.com. It was kinda annoying because I already answered for the 4-5 times. Then in the end she realized that she searched my name in the database using my last name in the column for first name. That was the only unpleasant experience I had.
hotel ok, restorants ok
They are making fake offers. There is no VAT, no taxes on the offers. There are too expensive for their location.
it is probably the best hotel in Romania, comfortable, luxury, great spa, clean, nice location, excellent romanian restaurant.
Gym is open 24h open
The service was quite good. The spa is very good and I recommend the restaurant Versailles, good french cuisine .
very good servcies, very good breakfast, excelent restaurants (especially the Romanian food one), very profi staff
The Spa was excellent, and the staff there were very friendly.
The hotel restaurant, called the Versaille, did not have a professional staff. When my friend and I entered the hotel the first evening, and were dressed for a hiking trip, the staff seemed to look down on us because we weren't dressed formally, but there was no dress code assigned for the restaurant. I mentioned this to the front desk at check out, but it didn't seem to matter to them.
very good staff and it's very easy to find the hotel.Hotel's signs on all the road..
The lady who checked us in and helped arrange our visit into sibiu was excellent - Location to park was excellent
The lady who arranged transportation to get us from Sibiu to Bucharest was either not sure of herself or arranged to have a car take us, while quite nice and polite, - we felt that this was our worse experience in Romania - we felt that we were gouged financially - paid up front 1.5-2 times what the rate should have been.
