Very friendly owners, always helpful. Family run business, something what we will never forget = typical italian hospitality. Nice place if you want spend one week close to the beach:) A lot of shops and restaurants near hotel. Within walking distance from Rimini.
The hotel is nice, clean and quite the Tosi family that runs it are very nice and the dinners and specially the appetizers buffet is a must try. The room was average size for 3 ( we were traveling with a 3yo child, that slept on a separate bed). we had partial sea view from our room(216) , so that was nice.
The hotel is a bit outdated , specially the bathrooms.
I liked the breakfast very much and friendly staff.
We arrived 7.40 in the evening and the minute we entered the hotel we were given a warmhearted welcome and guided to the restaurant. "First we eat, then the room" was the answer from Andrea, one of the sons. And we ate, well-made italian cuisine, well above average made by mama Tosi. But the whole Tosi family is involved giving you a memorable stay.
If I should mention anything it has to be that you shower directly on the bathroom floor. But that is a bit picky, I think.
Very friendly family run hotel. Near the beach, and the main street comes to life after about 8pm with fantastic Italian atmosphere and all the shops stay open till about 11:00pm.
Discipline like in the army :) Lunch 13.00, supper 19.30 SHARP ! Felt guilty to be late 5 minutes :) At the end you love it so much you want to stay another day !!! The stuff is great. Barely speak English but they try as much I did to speak Italian! Hands would do ! Bathroom was very funcionable and clean. Food - I would eat it to the rest of my life !
Close to the train for some of the rooms. Makes noise during the night.
food,food and food
nobody speak english language, bathroom
The staff is very friendly. The food is good, the room is clean, and we had a big balcony.
Everything was good!
The friendly and informative staff made every effort to communicate despite their English and my Italian being not so good. They speak Italian, French and German fluently with a little English. The staff made the appreciated effort, to translate the menu in English just for us. The food was excellent with high quality and plenty of choice of Italian food. Don't stay here if you want to eat Macdonalds type food. The hotel and the rooms were kept extremely clean. The Hotel is in an excellent location close to the beach but at the same time in a quiet location, just ideal for what we were looking for. We were given excellent information on how to get about Rimini and would not think about staying anywhere else if we were to return to Rimini. (which we will)
With a stay at Du Lac in Rimini (Torre Pedrera), you'll be a 3-minute drive from Italy in Miniature and 9 minutes from Rimini Fiera Expo Center. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, a library, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
