The staff was outstanding and Manager David Pinot ? could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was absolutely the best. The hours were great as was the expresso service. The evening port was greatly appreciated. Heritage was well located for exploring the city.
Needs a redo
Good location ; nice sized room
People not the friendliest ; polite but not overly gracious ; physical plant is tired ; need redo
Great boutique hotel close to historic area
The staff work hard for you to enjoy your stay and to enjoy their country.
Attractive, clean hotel, nothing stands out in particular except for one very helpful and courteous receptionist.
We loved to stay at the Heritage Hotel. Location is the best in Lisbon; the staff is absolutely great; the room was well designed and always impeccable. Really a very-very nice place to stay.
No complaints :))
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with plenty of space and a great view, very convenient and beautiful location, quieter than you would think given the location, hotel design shows good sense and a lot of character.

The hotel ir very very stylish and very comfortable. Stuff was friendly. The stylish tea-corner is an excellent idea. The perfect location is very useful as well.
The cleaner was a bit forgetful - we regularly found some clearings accessories in our room.
centrally located, near metro, buses
My parents have spent New Year holidays in Heritage. Everything was great they say.
Free WiFi, next to Rossio and city center, the restaurant street around the corner, friendly staff.
