Location of the the hotel
You could have at least refilled the toilet paper with new ones. We used the one that the previous customer used. What if there’s a communicable disease to it? The bathroom stinks so bad. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We asked the housekeeper and she told us she would call us back but she didnt even dare to do so. And hopefully next time, you could add some breakfast.
The bed and linen very comfortable. I originally booked at the Airport Sandman and was greeted very warmly by the staff there who told me I was upgraded to the Signature because of room problems.
My check-in at Signature was not friendly and quite abrupt. She also waited quite a long time to call me - the couple being attended to by the other staff was somewhat spread out over 2 spaces until she asked them to move over - but it was about 10 minutes at least. It was enough time for the airline crew to check in completely! After a 17 hour flight with another leg to go, it was not welcoming. Rooms are small. Getting to my room was very confusing.
A/C unit very loud, fan going off and on very disruptive to ones sleep, if you turned it off room was too hot.

Very accommodating staff members. Nice hotel. Needed to leave rental car for (3) days on their lot w/ reasonable charge while on bus tour. Would stay here again.

Only blanket in room is a rather heavy down comforter. I sleep way too hot under a comforter of this weight, but not warm enough under only a sheet.

The only complaint I have is the Wifi, because it was super slow. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was close to the airport. This was the only way it satisfied our needs.
This hotel was extremely hard to find. Once we got there we were very disappointed by the hotel. The restaurant had an old greasy smell that was very unappealing. The room was the most basic accommodation. I was glad for an early flight to leave the hotel ASAP. I would never stay here again nor after this, at any Sandman Hotel.
The hotel we reserved did not have a room for us when we got there. Receptionist said they were full so we were "upgraded" to the Signature Hotel down the street. She called a cab, but the driver was unfriendly and the cab was filthy! Our bags got nasty in the back of his car. We got to the Signature and went to our room. The A/C didn't work; after spending a great deal of time trying to get it to work, we went down to report it. He said he could move us to another floor because there were no more rooms on the 5th floor. What a deal! We had to lug our bags all over the hotel again. We were hot, hungry, and exhausted. It was hours before we finally got settled in. We had planned to do some sightseeing and swimming, but by the time we had dinner, all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. It was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Young Lady at the desk the morning of the day we stayed was ecpecially helpful in arranging a city tour of Vancouver.
It was a convienent place. Close to a sky trian station.
The hotel room was a little dated but not a big issue. We had an issue with our booking. The reservation had been lost after we received a confirmation email from the website

The hotel is pleasant to enter and looks well kept. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Several good restaurants are close by. Parking was free and convenient. We needed to be near the airport and appreciated the convenient shuttle service.
The kitchenette was stocked with basic items but no paper towels and only a small sponge for a dish cloth. It had a microwave oven (not a stove/oven) and a small half refrigerator so making meals to accommodate our child's food allergies was tricky, but we managed. The air conditioner was awkwardly located a couple of inches from the floor and a desk was situate about a foot in front of it. Accessing the AC controls was difficult and we didn't learn the secret of maintaining a quiet cool termperature. There was no storage for clothes near the sofa bed. I kept wanting to re-arrange the furniture!
Booked as a Deluxe Queen. A small room, not Deluxe, poor bed (too soft). Subsequently told no Deluxe available so given a Standard room.
Shuttle service very efficient, great location, good value for money. Excellent having the bar and restaurant in the same building.
