The staff was friendly and very helpful and the accommodations were very well done.
Very nice hotel, great location.
Great location, very pleasant staff, spacious room (especially by European standards). Very nice hotel.
Nitpick: bathroom could have used a little updating.
Rooms very disappointing and over priced for a dub
Rooms - small - sub standard bathrooms
concierge recommendations great breakfast
Very small room with minimal closet space and walking space and a step down to get to the bathroom Had larger room for less money on my 5 previous stays here
Very luxurious; staff members give you a lot of at
The location couldn't be more central. It's luxury accommodation with top class food and service and all the extras you could imagine
Not enough power points/sockets in the room for a modern tech age. The AC unit had mold on it
Staff were very attentive in all areas reception, restaurant, etc
Breakfast was wonderful Staff (especially Tommy on front desk) were very helpful Location
Handicap room, which was not suited for others with low and very small sink. Shower type assured water to go over the floor.
Superb customer service
Every one of the staff members was friendly, knowledgable and well groomed as well as articulate. Someone was constantly cleaning painting polishing or vacuuming something.
One afternoon the do not disturb sign was ignored and the house keeping staff tried to force the door open. Luckily there was a second lock device to prevent that. My wife had just flown in from America and landed at 7am. She went across America and then across the Atlantic, and she was understandably tired. We were trying to rest when we heard the racket at the door, startling both of us. It actually made me pretty angry, since the Do Not Disturb sign was outside. The next day they forgot the bottles of water for my room. The following day they forgot face cloths. The refrigerator was struggling to keep things barely chilled, and because of the proximity to Temple Bar, we had to sleep with the windows closed for the entire weekend. I feel the hotel charged at least 35% more than my room was worth, possibly because it was the weekend of the marathon
The staff were fantastic and the location perfect for some city shopping and exlporing the city
The quality of room service food to cost was not the best
The central position of the hotel and also the overall excellent quality made for a very good short break.
Pleasant environment, very nice location, friendly staff and spacious clean and luxurious room.
The bed was too soft and streetnoise from nightlife
the location and the rooms and the speed of check in
Efficiency and friendliness of the staff; well-appointed, comfortable, clean room.
Location was excellent
Hotel is very difficult when parking
Comort, facilities, closeness to the centre of *everything* in Dublin
Gaining access at 5:30 am was slow
the cleanliness of the room
did not get much sleep as the noise from the fan kept us awake would have expected to have been told that there was a constant noise and would be going all night very disappointed
location and comfort.
continental breakfast just ok
