Hello, My Reservation Confirmation #R1000658516 They have not yet refunded the advance amount they deducted from my credit card. Also, they could not give me a room in the River Park Hotel on 27th Jan as no room was available despite I booked in advance and paid through your website. So, they sent me to another cheaper hotel 30 minutes away from River Park Hotel and they also take an advance amount from my credit card which is also not refunded. Neither they refunded the price difference between River Park Hotel and the cheaper hotel they provided me for the first night. I am completely unhappy. I don't understand how you people run business and how you can expect a customer trust you and come back to your website for future hotel booking. If your business strategy is just to have the customer once and forget then it's absolutely fine BUT if you really want to have a long term relationship with customers then this is not going to work and you should take serious steps to resolve this. Location is a great deal coz a metromover (which is free to ride) is only a few meters away. A river bank to tour is also an additional greatness.
Two things are terrible: 1. Front desk staff (not all of them but quite a few) are not patient at all and lack hospitality. 2. Hot water is not available for most of my stay. When asked whether there was a problem to that, the front desk staff was much more impatient than me waiting for hot water to come by simply (without offering any apology) saying they're fixing it. That is my greatest concern that how a hotel can be run with so little hospitality.
