They had no record of my booking through you guys
The service was very good and the room was very pleasant.
The service in the restaurant was slow. If you are a "table for 1" you don't want to wait around a lot.
Room was excellent, pool environment very pleasant, breakfast room very nicely laid out and all other amenities very good.
The location and the atmosphere
convenience to city, city transport, tours, Darwin city points of interest. Has a nice pool.
We find the restaurant too expensive.
The convenience of the location, the pools and the pool bar.
The People to People Group. We paid alot of money to stay there for a holiday and the inconvenience of not being able to sit where we wanted to sit in the evening was a pain when they were having their "Private Function" The time of the year we stayed there is not a good time for that particular group to also be accomodated in your hotel. At times the kids were loud and obnoxious and did not take into consideration the other patrons at the hotel. Given a choice, if I knew that group would be staying there again in the future I would look at staying elsewhere. Based on your next question, I would not recommend people stay at the hotel whilst the People to People Group where there, otherwise I would definetly recommend our friends stay.
We hired a car & found that it was really easy to get to & from the Resort.
There was one day that we had to ask for the bed to be remade as it lookes as if it had just been pulled up.
We found the service excellent and close to the city.
Terrific staff, nice dining, lovely pools. we chose this hotel as our gateway-to-Kakadu stop for rate, location, amenities
not a thing
The water heater worked poorly. It took a long time to get the hot water and flowed slowly.
