Train your staff!
the hotel staff itself make u feel comfortable to their property itself. the location also is very gud.jus a perfect place to relax wid ur family.
Good service, avergare breakfast buffet.
We stayed in the older part of the hotel which is not very modern, quite old-style. The room was really not worht the price we paid for it.
Excellent staff, willing to speak English, The room was in immaculate condition. Large bathroom. Quality of furnishing 2nd to none- no Ikea here. Breakfast buffet has variety and all was fresh, with egg's on request. Real value for money.
The lift has seen some use and the location of the hotel facilities (Spa, Breakfast room, Dining room, etc) was a little vague, and breakfast could have been a little more organised, but I am being real picky.
Overall the hotel factilites are very good. The hotel spa facilites are great and the size and facilites in the room were excellent. The free pass for public transport including chair lifts, trains etc was a really good idea. Breakfast had a very good choice and all the staff were very helpful. However the hotel seems to have 2 different parts which don't completely go together. There is the older part with lots of little sitting rooms, a library and a hunters/sking lodge style resturant which are lovely and the food was very good quality and value, but the area around reception is more modern and there seems to be a larger more modern resturant in the centre of the hotel which lacks the character of the rest of the hotel.
Please do not tell me not to use offensive language (whatever that means - how am I supposed to know what you find offensive?). I am not American and I do not subscribe to this kind of political correctness. Being solidly based in the moral and political values of the Enlightenment, I am a very strong proponent of freedom of speech. PS: I do not care if you find the above offensive.
The room standard was very acceptable but there should be hot drink facilities available in the room without having to use room service.
Evening meal options were limited and the website photos suggest a more secluded site than the reality. Noise from the main road prevented sleeping with the balcony door or windows open.
Room was extremly hot during the night causeing sleepless nights for both of us.
location, breakfast buffet, nice room.
The curtains at the windows in the room. Too much light could come through. Clearly not sufficient. Should be improved.
location near the ski slope, qaulity of the hotel, huge rooms
