Simple Accomodations

Somewhat easy access from major highways. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. No frills.

The room I was initially given didn't have a working lock and wouldn't even close all the way. The staff was quick to move me and apologize for that, but someone without OCD may not have noticed before it was too late.

Dissapointed... In Everything

Nothing.

From check-in to check-out it was terrible. The room I reserved and my card was charged for wasn't even available. I asked for another room and they said they had nothing else available. I then tried to cancel but was told they would charge me whether I stayed or not. Once the room became available it hadn't been cleaned yet. So I had to wait another 30 minutes or so for maides to "clean" it. The non-smoking king suite smelled awful. (Mixture of smoke and something to cover the smoke smell.) rude front desk ladies who don't seem to care about their job or well being of the customers. List goes on and on.

Location

When I arrived the room I booked was not available. They told me they had another room available, but it was twice the rate. Desk clerk told me That they couldn't accomodate me, even though it was a mistake on their part.
