Very large rooms (fantastic for work if you need to spread out). Free wifi, very nice staff (+ great dog!). On the s-bahn line, convenient if you have work in town. Good (free) breakfast.
No bar, and nothing in the vicinity - bring your own drinks/snacks if you want something after hours.
Very big room. Small kitchen and refrigerator in the room.
Airplains: it it in the way of airplanes taking off from Frankfurt airport. You can even hear them while you are in the room with the windows closed. After 4 days usually you get used to them. Very far from tram station to Darmstadt.
This was a fine and serviceable business hotel.
quiet area, although in an industrial estate, big (even too big) rooms, small kitchen available, good price,
furniture a bit essential and not very warm atmosphere
It was the most horrible hotel in my life !!! The reception was closed. I called to the number on the door and .. the person said it is 1 a.m. and he will not allowed me to get it, because he is sleepy !!! Then after standing 30 minutes in snow he told me where are the key - it was closed to the door in a small packet !! In the morning the receptions was not able to make payment via credit card na prepare an invoice !!!
Service - the most terrible expierence in my life !!!
staff really nice close to railway station
room plain + functional
We were there to attend the Frankfurt Book Fair. The Hotel was situated near a train station so we could travel back and forth to Frankfurt easily and decend at a station which had an entrance straight into the Fair.
The kitchenette area was good and seperate from the main spacious bedroom however there were no basic cooking implements or plates etc. Having said that the young man on reception promptly supplied me with everything I requested appologising that the reason for this was because previous guests had taken things away with them when they checked out. There are no restaurants near the Hotel which in our case was not an issue as we had a car and had planned to self cater as much as possible after a long business day. There was a group of other business people staying who were constantly in the reception area on Skype and internet which meant we were unable to connect properly to send and receive business emails.
I am not against paying before, but is it a problem of confidence?
Clean, basic hotel. Good breakfast.
