The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Room was is a good state of repair and seemed fairly newly renovated
This is an old building and doesn’t have the sound isolation newer hotels do. The rooms are a bit noisy from neighbors.
Double the price for half the value
Clean, new, and well furnished
Room was way too small. Too expensive. Hard bed. Small tv. Horrible view. Loud due to bar. Not worth the amount it cost to stay. Should have cost half the amount of money. Poor value. Wifi was slow.
The Whistle Stop, the attached pub, has excellent food and drink.
Not enough parking.
I absolutely loved this place. The staff is so friendly and very informative at check in. It is in the best location. I 100% recommend this place to ANYONE.
The location was very good (though it did take us some time to find the actual entrance)- both for driving to the local attractions at the national park and both to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable and big beds.
Upon arrival we discovered that the hotel doesn't have enough parking places for all guests (so we had to carry our luggage from a far away parking space we did find). Also, it was very noisy during the late night hours, as some of the hotel gusts where sitting at the hot tub offered to the gusts on the rooftop right across our room (however, it should be noted we didn't complain at the front desk). Poor water pressure in the shower (although, again- we didn't bother to notify the front desk)
Amenities were great. Bed was comfy.
Rooms are very small, the small tv on the wall just had a cable box balanced on top. There was only about ten parking spots for the entire hotel so if they were full your out of luck. I found it very expensive for what it was
The room is very comfortable and location just in front of rail station is excellent.
They do not provide breakfast and fare is expensive compare others.
Very convenience to pick up and drop off . This is my second time here and next time I will choose Whistler Inn again.
Some pillows are not in proper use anymore (double queen bedroom)
The peaple who work there is wonderful and friendly. We have a good time there. We spent one more extre day. Thank you.
great service (knowledge of area), friendly but not sappy
The Whistler Inn was very nice and convenient, but way overpriced for what it is. Try the Athabasca Hotel only 1 block away for about 40% less.
The price was too high for what it was.
