The room was not ready when I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm Room rugs are old and dirty Mr. Wael at the reception refused to deliver my purchases to the room from the supermarket worker was also refused to the hotel worker to deliver to the room and asked me to get out of the room to pick it up myself and carry it to my room and I am an old man and I can not carry heavy things and was never cooperative even when I asked him number Management to inquire about non-delivery of the rooms by the hotel workers refused to give me the phone number of the administration I booked this hotel previously and explained to them some of the notes and booked this time in the hope that there is an improvement in the service but unfortunately did not see any improvement
The hotel location is very close to Hamra street, which has many restaurants and shopping places nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, they even gave us a free upgrade to a business-suite. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there when I visit beirut again. Note: I stayed there during the off-season though.
There are two sides where the rooms face. Our room faced the back, not a particularly pleasing view but then and again, in Hamra you rarely even get any view. I would have preferred a room facing the main street but I can't complain because I am a satisfied customer who got a free upgrade :)
The Staffs are very helpful .The room is clean and well maintained.
There is no health club , swimming pool & Bath tub
very good service, well mannered staff
An excellent buffet breakfast... mainly Arab fare, but also some French styled patisseries, Some basic heated food, fruit and good quality coffee. A very good location, walking distance to corniche and central areas.... Staff friendly, helpful, professional
Booking.com continues to advertise hotels without including additional taxes in this advertised sum. (Coral Suites charges an additional 10%, though not all hotels in Lebanon do this.)
the staff was good, good location
the cleanliness of the room was not optimum, they charged me $6 daily for the parking and it was not mentioned in booking.com
Quiet & comfort, every thing new, value for money, helpfull staff when I decide to cance some nights.
Breakfast buffet could be better
The staff is very polite, breakfast excellent, the room very clean and big.The hotel is very new and comfortable.
Great location, great value with some excellent staff. If you want a hotel close to the shopping district of Hamra and like a comfortable and modern hotel this is the place for you...we would definately go back.
In house food wasn't great but then again unless you are planning on staying in the hotel morning/evening its not an issue.
