Magnificent, was our anniversary, and I emailed the hotel one week before arriving to arrange a flower boquet to be on arrival after one day of arriving, and the hotel staff were exceptional and kept there promise... Thank you, in our opinion.... 4 star should be 5 .. well done to all at Alto Lido .. bjs
