Good location, Morning front desk lady was very help and friendly.
Very firm beds, night desk staff was very rude and disrespectful to us while we were in the pool area. We most likely won’t return.
I like The Rustic look and the center of town location
It is not that I didn't like something I just wish you still had the hot tubs.
Did not like that you charged me for the room and so did they. I was told when I checked out I would see a refund of my money but nothing....
great for kids
loved the animals in the lobby, laundry area, and the staff was very friendly! Location is great, but West Yellowstone is small so there's not a horrible location probably. But we were able to walk downtown easily, theres a grocery store across the street, and Gushers restaurant with great pizza
Had a great stay.
Friendly staff nice larg room. Lots if restaurants and stores within walking distances. Really enjoyed our stay.
Nice, authentic, western feel with stuff grizzlies, walls and more in the lobby and beautiful woodwork. Rooms have been redecorated

First time definitely won't be the last!
Paul at the front desk is awesome! Any questions we had he had the answers for us. Whether it was dining or entertainment he knew it and provided it!
They need a mini fridge in room is all I can think of.
Comfortable and Relaxing!
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, rustic decor, pool, dry sauna, fitness room and breakfast all worked for me! Easy location to main street and park. Value price for end of season. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
Great stay in West Yellowstone
Comfortable spacious lodging well situated to the dining and pub opportunities in the small town center. The gracious lobby had multiple great game trophies to admire and inspect. Staff was welcoming. Great self serve breakfast in a large dining area. Our room with the king size bed had an excellent mattress, much appreciated after a day of exploring the Park.

Mediocre Our room was too small, bed too small, and it smelled of cat odor for $250 a night online. Our friends down the hall had king bed, large bath with granite counters,& frig. for the same price. We had a small closet 6 in.deep , only room for 3 garments on each side. Breakfast was average and very crowded. Location was good and close to main street. We would not stay here again. I tried to fill in the survey
