When I came to the hotel I was told that I had to pay in cash and they had to cancel my pre-payment by my bank card. At the same time they rejected to explain reasons for that and did not provide me with any written documentary explanations. It took me to drive 15 min by taxi from a metro station, however the website says that it is a walking distance.
Rooms were comfotable and location is good in City but appearance out of City, very quiet.
One Receptionist didnt appear to be on the same planet ! Distance to Metro is 20 mins walking not 10 as stated.
The bus right outside of the hotel took you directly to the Metro, and they have a very nice outdoor beer garden for dinner and drink.
There is no way to control the AC in your room. If it's too hot, ask for a room on floor # 3. The Air Conditioner works better on that floor. It does not appear to work on Fl. # 2 at all!
Pleasant reception staff, the fact that you could book taxis and charge them to your room, good food.
The receptionists were very helpful and cheerful!
Clean comfortable room, good location and large parking; easy access to downtown despite traditional Christmas traffic jams.
The hotel staff is maybe too young and not trained; they sometimes give contradictionary information and quite slowly respond to ad-hoc requests (iron, linens change etc.)
service is bad especially in restaurant They have the bad habit of turning the breakfast room into a disco: loud, disco music. When asked to trun down the volume the waiters just ignored me
