Bed very comfortable Location 20/20
Clean, fashionable, good location for me, provided coffee maker for room when I asked, but what is with 3 of the 5 pods being decaf?
Lack of conveniently placed AC plugs to plug in while sitting on the bed. In checking out, when I asked for a restroom, I was directed down one floor! Elevator too busy + not clear how to get there on stairs = big lose! Good thing I asked about coffee, they said they would TRY to get one brought to room. It arrived fortunately but I don't think I should have to ask! Coffee not readily accessible and available on a fly-in business trip is a non-starter. Some of my favorite hotels have high quality complementary coffee flowing abundantly in the lobby.

Horrible service, horrible housekeeping - where old cutlery and dishes are left lying around and you need to call in to get fresh glasses. I had to personally go downstairs to the front desk and get a fresh set myself after waiting for 90 minutes for room service and/ or housekeeping to bring me fresh utensils and cups. The first night the ice machine was out. The shampoo and shower gel weren't replinished and had to call housekeeping to bring us more so we could shower. After being charged 18% gratuity and $4 in service charge, the room service staff got rude when they werent offered more tip! The whole hotel seems to be in a chaos And the staff, facilities, rooms and state of the hotel in general is absolutely pathetic. This hotel gave me lesson on why it's better to stick with the hoteliers like the Marriots and Hiltons of the world. I highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this hotel. Pay a bit extra and live in a hotel not a motel trying to pass itself off as a 4/5 star.
All the staff were pleasant, the room was always restored to its original status upon return of my daily travels. The hotel room was cleaner than my last visit which pleased me. I will stay there again. I am planning future trips/stays.

No phone charges available Heater making noise throughout the night, had to choose between being cold or awaken by noise Heat was off when I arrived, "engineer" had to come up to turn it on (shouldn't it be obvious where and how to control the temperature?) Heater was on the ground behind a desk, I had to get under the desk to adjust the temp each time

The location is epic; the Gold Coast of Chicago is high end district, places to shop are so close you can walk everywhere. Wonderful restaurants! I would stay here again, and again. The staff were like friends we had missed seeing in ages and always ready to help, in every way from the check in to the cleaning service helping us carry our bags into our room.
Our room was a lower rate and as such we were placed near the elevators. We had booked WAY in advance but was told upon check in it was a busy weekend, but we could check in at 12:30 ish... The room we had was small but I am not sure all of them are...?
Room would not cool down, hallways looked filthy, beds were hard and not comfortable.

Location great, nice staff eager to please. Breakfast buffet was cold food only, but good. Rooms were small and clean.
Overpriced, elevators were erratic. Power breakfast was fine, but they kept changing the hours. Had to have Food and Bev manager intervene to get breakfast. Did not have enough newspapers on three of the four days I stayed there. Coffee was $9. Mixed drinks were $15. Our group was 50 rooms. Many complaints. Few amenities for the price. No radios in room. Only one electrical plug in room behind chair.
Atmosphere is always good and location you can't beat.
Valet service is average. Kind of slow and impersonal. I should expect better from such an establishment. Either that or it should be included with my room.
When it's busy, it's a mess.
The only staff I ever saw was at the Check-In Desk. Waited an hour to have an iron delivered to the room. Waited over an hour for car to be dispatched from valet. There was no "welcome to our hotel" from anyone, it was essentially "you're on your own here".
Fantastic Boutique Hotel
Swanky, under-stated elegance and unique. Greeted the moment we arrived. Great vibe. Nice scenic walk to North End of Michigan Ave (aka miracle mile) and restaurants.
Parking in the area is expensive!!...Valet is the only option.
