The hotel's restaurant is absurdly expensive and is not in line with the cost of the actual hotel. It needs an option that is accessible price wise for the people who stay in the cheaper rooms.
The staff was not at all accommodating. No assistance with luggage had to climb stairs with luggage and no offer of help. I fell in front of staff and they simply ignored me. Cut a gash in my arm and had to ask for bandages which seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff.
The staff were friendly and the location excellent. There was good secure parking and the local ammenaties were excellent.
The location close to the marina
They charged me €70 for not handing my key in - I handed my key in but there were no available staff on reception and I had to get away - so I left the key at reception
Bathroom was not cleaned daily altho clean towels were provided
Very relaxing - staff helpful when asked but otherwise we were free to come and go as we pleased.
The bathroom was small with a rather large glass washbasin with square corners - a number of bruises from accidental contact!!
The restaurant where you have breakfast in the morning is very nice, however the buffet was poor and the rooms are not at the same standard at all.
The bathroom was extremely dirty. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. Breakfast was poor and there is a building site next door, which should be said when clients book in. Prices should be taken down for this reason.
The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, although we cannot understand the general French attitude which seems to dismiss shower screens or plugs in the washbasins.
Unfortunately our room was next to building site which, in fairness, did not affect us but I imagine as the building work progresses guests on that side of the hotel may find it a disturbance. The dinner in the restaurant was good, although over-priced, but the cost of drinks is extortionate!! £12.00 for a g&t and £5.60 for water is robbery.
Yes - not honest about huge noise - construction site near. Off the window full construction - 7am to 6pm. Hotel should fully inform about these ...and maybe slash the proce per night. At 121 incl breakfast, at the entrance on twon it's way too expensive if you have to hear big construction noises
We found the hotel to be very traditionally French. The dining room was especially beautiful, very clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and the elderly lady who. waited on table treated everyone as if they were family.- lovely!!
There was building work going on next door.Hopefully this will be completed by next year.
