優點： This is now our airline of choice between KL and Singapore and the next time we fly to Australia we will try flying with Air Asia. It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

缺點： no food. maybe ok for this price. boarding: why i had to checkin twive while using 1 carrier? that was mentioned on the ticket, but I oversaw that when was ordering ticket on website

優點： From check in to final arrivals this was a smooth and faultless flight. Too short for food or entertainment but everything was perfect. All booked through Kayak.

缺點： Food was average Limited entertainment movies etc Seat was uncomfortable and rocked either broken or poorly adjusted - thrilling on landing!! Staff did their minimum job and that's it no drinks during flight etc strange during a day flight they dimmed the windows to watch movie I hate the offset seating configuration I'm 184cm and it was difficult to stretch out.

優點： Easy check in and bag drop, staff available when help was needed. Felt comfortable enough to check myself in as every part of precessions was made clear

缺點： I ordered low calorie meals for all 4 flights. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Absolutely unpalatable food. If someone from catering has the time I would be glad to speak with her/him and explain why I went hungry. Tel. +971561881810

優點： Comfortable seat with good recline and leg room. Noise cancellation head phones are effective and comfortable. Good selection of audio and video entertainment.

優點： The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.

缺點： The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.

優點： I don't know why now there was no little gift or stuff keep kids busy during the flight, but only movie.

優點： Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

優點： Friendly, well presented staff. It appears that most of the crew on the two Thai Smile flights I was on spoke a bit of English which was a plus. Clean and comfortable seating along with a decent meal.

優點： I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

優點： The seats are old .. the plane is old .. the flight was delayed 2 hours, food even in first class lounge is not apetising the menu has been cut significantly.. lettuce and tomato say that they are not sourced from China .. must be from India as the quality sucks

缺點： On time is an expectation that if you travel from HK to BKK on CX that it is always delayed .. common knowledge for people in Thailand.. this is bad

缺點： I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

優點： Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

缺點： They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

優點： Was good - everything you would expect except the boarding times etc were odd. It asked you to be there at the gate an hour before departure but it only started boarding maybe 10 mins before and didn't give updates about departure delays.

缺點： No space in the Kayak booking to make meal requests like vegetarian, so ended up starving and without dinner until I got to the city 4 hours after boarding a late flight because VN Airlines didn't have any vegetarian meals on board. I couldn't even eat the salad as they put salmon on it. Cold bread roll and fruit... Kayak need to have at least the most common fields in the booking like vegetarian meal request.
