缺點： "耳機聲音轉小，但是機內廣播超大聲，透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉，又不能調整，代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢，我們水果餐先取得，但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴)，只給1張，說晚點給，但是後面座位的人卻有取得，又一直沒有送來，再要求後，才告知已經派送完畢，要我們落地再寫。"
缺點： "No landing form!!"
優點： "Crew was extremely friendly as expected from Cathay. The aircraft was substituted from the scheduled A350-800 to an A330 but it still had lie flat seats, just not as nice. The crew was very apologetic for the last minute schedule change."
缺點： "Nothing can be done about the aircraft swap, I’m happy they swapped with an aircraft with lie flat seats as I was exhausted and needed the rest before landing in HKG."

缺點： "I was offered an earlier flight departing from London, which was good but was delayed in the end. But I was not told my connecting flight was changed too (new boarding pass not issued and I only realized from the baggage slip) - I had to pay 100 usd to change flights again!"
優點： "Comfortable seat with good recline and leg room. Noise cancellation head phones are effective and comfortable. Good selection of audio and video entertainment."

優點： "The food was excellent. The seats were comfortable (even in economy) and tilted back more than other carriers, making it much easier to sleep. The flight crew were very helpful and concerned with passenger comfort."
優點： "The crew was friendly and the flight was comfortable. There were two service representatives to take me on the golf cart from my gate in Terminal 1 when I landed to the bus departing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 where my connection was. It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."
缺點： "They recently moved the Cathay Pacific flights to the new Terminal 4 in Changi in Singapore. The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

優點： "Pilots were great! Flight staff didn't seem to care much. Didn't hand out water or juice. When asking for it it seemed like a problem. Wasn't impressed."
缺點： "Though nothing completely egregious, my interaction with crew on the flight were the worst I have ever experienced when traveling. The first was after attempting to go to the bathroom mid-flight. This was an 11 hour flight. I'm not sure whether the captain forgot to turn off the seatbelt sign during the middle of the flight or if he anticipated turbulence, but the seatbelt sign was on for at a minimum, 45 minutes. After waking up I had the urge to go to the bathroom and walked back to try to get there. Once close to the bathroom a flight attending pointed in the other direction and said "sit down and put your seatbelt on." I expressed that I had to go to the bathroom and he again just repeated "go put your seatbelt on." I stood for another few seconds in disbelief that I would really be turned away from using the bathroom in the middle of a flight and during this short time of standing there he again repeated: "go put your seatbelt on." I would like to stress that there was absolutely no turbulence at this time. Whether or not this is protocol and any attendant would have told me the same, the attendant could use lessons in how to properly speak to people by having a better tone AND saying please. Explaining the situation would also be helpful instead of just using your power to command another adult to do something. After returning to my seat, I saw multiple other people also try to get up to go, who received the same fate, so it was obvious he was trying to adhere to the rules, but clearly if the fasten seatbelt sign has been on for over an hour at that point, you should be able to be an adult and put the situation in context; people need to use the bathroom on a long flight. My second poor interaction was at the conclusion of the flight. I was listening to music on my phone and hadn't heard the captain announcement that we should begin to prepare for landing. On ANY other flight I have EVER been on, the crew will come around and verbally ask people politely to put their seat up, return trays to their stored position, and unplug any USB electronics. One of the crew, without asking me first or even making eye contact, came up and unplugged my phone from being plugged in and manually put my seat up to upright position and walked away. This might seem like a simple thing, but you should NEVER touch someone else's property. Further, to place me upright without warning was extremely rude. If this flight had been the only flight I had with Cathay Pacific, I would never fly with this airline again, because it would have seemed to me that your crew lack social skills, are impolite, and may have language barriers. Luckily, my trip was round trip from NY to Bali and as such there were multiple connecting flights, and I had good experiences on all the rest. I really wish I had gotten the name of the 2 individuals I had a poor experience with, as I don't think they will help you in securing future customers."
