缺點： "耳機聲音轉小，但是機內廣播超大聲，透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉，又不能調整，代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢，我們水果餐先取得，但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴)，只給1張，說晚點給，但是後面座位的人卻有取得，又一直沒有送來，再要求後，才告知已經派送完畢，要我們落地再寫。"
優點： "Well fed and provided beverages on trip. Food not gourmet----but what do you expect? Crew was pleasant and helpful."
缺點： "Sure could use a little more leg room. I am 6'2"--so know I am taller than the average bear, but I think even a 5"8" man or woman finds the legroom a little tight---especially on a 15hr flight. On a 3 to 5 hour flight--OK. The legroom was durable--but you asked waht could be better and that point sticks out in my mind."

優點： "The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety."
缺點： "The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room."

優點： "I thought the service on this flight was much better this time around; at least from where I was sitting. The attendants seemed to come around more often and there was a much better food selection for everyone involved. Overall, I found the flight to be safe, mostly comfortable, and the food was excellent."
缺點： "I had a family sitting next to me (I was in the aisle) and I felt that while the attendants were courteous and prompt in accommodating me, they all but ignored the people in the middle seats. I had to keep asking them on the attendant's behalf if they needed anything before they rushed on by. At one point the father told me that he was getting better service from me than the attendants. Also, one of the TV screens didn't work in one of the middle seats so the family had to do a switcharoo with their little one after they got settled so their son could have the working screen. I personally found that it was very difficult to recline my seat - I really had to quite literally put my back into it to get it to click into the reclining position."
優點： "Was able to redirect from Kansai to Umeda after typhoon. Initially received misinformation though. Service was great except the one time I received a regular, not diet, coke and still had to drink it. Great job Cathay Pacific!"
優點： "There was nothing worth liking . Plane was dirty in side . Tray tables were broken. Used pillows without hygiene sealed bags. Toilets were missing basic supplies."

The seats were uncomfortable and their design made it difficult to stretch your legs out beneath the row in front. It was a 777 and I never find Boeings as comfortable as Airbus. Selection of in flight entertainment was limited and sound quality was poor."

缺點： "The system was unsatisfied by me, they made my name wrong on The ticket and say that was a flaut to me and I have to bear the extra cost to onboard. I never use it and recommend everybody not to use it anymore."

優點： "Flight attendants were responsive and helpful. They were also kind given the craziness they have to deal with in some customers. In flight entertainment was adequate. They seem quite reasonably organized."
缺點： "1. It was a 15+ hour flight. Only breakfast and lunch were served, where three are justified. 2. I had a pre-selected (vegetarian) meal which was both meagre and mediocre when flying out of JFK. It was a grossly insufficient amount of food for the long duration of the flight. I had what was essentially a small tray of chickpeas for 'breakfast'. Crazy! 3. The noodles that are on offer for snacks throughout the flight were chicken or beef. Vegetarians do not have anything to eat except cookies and some fruit (which goes quickly when set out!) 4. No eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush or toothpaste. These are basic amenities. Had to ask for an eye mask and then one was provided. Some airlines even provide in-flight socks (and yes, I am talking about economy travel here)."

優點： "I really appreciated that Cathay flew another plane in to pick us up when our original aircraft was mechanically grounded at the previous destination. The crew were very professional."
缺點： "Our flight was delayed due to mechanical failure and didn't arrive from its destination: Taipei. We were not told about the possibility of our flight being cancelled as we arrived at check-in, we were allowed to check our bags first, issued boarding passes and *then* we were told to come back to check in counter in 3.5-4 hours. Our checked luggage had already been taken and with it, clean clothes, toiletries and other items that could have made the waiting more comfortable. After coffee and a snack we decided to check in to the capsule hotel at Narita. Minimum stay was one night at that hour of the day - for stays after 6pm. While I appreciated that Cathay got us out later that evening, the plane we flew was one of the oldest in the fleet: the seats did not recline at all so it was very uncomfortable. It was a late night flight but no one was offered pillows or blankets. (I did receive one upon request). We arrived in Hong Kong in the early hours of the next morning - 3 hours late - after the airport train had finished running so I paid for a taxi home which I normally would not need to do since I already had a train ticket. so my flight experience did cost me some extra money this trip."
