缺點: "Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. Reaches down into his nethers and takes a good whiff of his hand. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Passengers on these tickets were not aware that they would not be served.any food which is probably unethical. They offer to sell you food if on a basic ticket"

I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

As I said in my headline, if you hate your job that much find one that makes you happy, United need to do secret shopper experiences on their planes, to quality check their hostess, this cowboys are representing your company and its not good."

Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline."

缺點: "The idea of the entertainment system broadcast to your hand held device is fine - it didn't work for me though."

缺點: "No entertainment screen on each seat, just old TV far away. Very boring on this trip"

缺點: "Waiting for docking spot."
