缺點: "Lavatories on domestic flights in Japan are tiny. Like, super duper tiny."

優點: "Japan Airlines always, always, always takes such good care of us, especially with the kids. This flight was no exception. I had forgotten to reserve a kid's meal for our kids (don't forget, parents) and they went well out of their way to make sure that the kids had food that they would like."

優點: "We had to come home 2 weeks early due to the virus, and Singapore airlines were brilliant at changing the flights. Even got upgraded to the extra leg room for free"

Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. The employees made sure I boarded my flight and I came home to my sister’s wedding"
缺點: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

缺點: "We arrived plenty early at terminal 2 like the confirmation said. Only to find that over night they changed departures to terminal 3. No signs. No one there to give instructions. Just a security guy saying “take sky train “. We had plenty of time so it was more annoying than anything. So we arrive at the gate and the are having a party to inaugurate the new gate and terminal. I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

優點: "Just like on previous domestic flight experience, I love how Thai Airways is able to promote and provide for customer comfort and service on such short flights - something that US airlines are so incapable of providing. We were taken at pace by an airport staff member who kept telling us that they were closing the gate so we had to hurry. Fair enough but having raced for a very long distance, minus shoes after the security check, we arrived at the gate to find that boarding had not even begun and did not for at least 10 minutes after we arrived at the gate."

優點: "座艙位置的間距是舒服的,尤其像我是高個子的,特別容易遇到坐飛機時的不適,而且上飛機後,空服員立即確認每個人是否都有靠墊和毛毯,機上餐盒也非常好吃,即使我乘坐的飛機並未滿座,但服務品質並未因為乘客少而有所降低,另外,機師的駕駛技術真的太令人驚艷!起飛、降落都不會有任何顛簸和不適,完全非常順利和平穩,實在很難忘!我真的很欣賞也很享受!"

缺點: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

缺點: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return. I ask this issue to be looked at, as I am currently stuck in Athens. I need a ticket to go back to D.C."

優點: "Roominess of the business class seat and cabin, they provide a good seat and comfort is good for medium haul flights"
缺點: "The food, Turkish airlines dish up the same stuff all the time, lack of selection and in getting tired of it. Very middle-eastern fare"

優點: "The cabin crew was very kind. The kofte tasted good."
缺點: "They "board" an hour before takeoff but there weren't enough seats at the gate, so for half an hour, no one actually boarded, we just stood or sat on the floor with our carry-on."

缺點: "Same problem as the first segment (see above)"

優點: "We loved everything about our flight, plane was so quiet and service was amazing"

缺點: "Check in process with unfriendly and unprofessional staff"

缺點: "The seat are not comfortable for a long flight, I felt I was on a city bus it's very cramped and tight and I'm a medium size person, totally not recommended for heavy people"

優點: "Plenty of options for entertainment. Enough room to be comfortable in economy."
缺點: "My suitcase was lost. The crew were less than helpful on flight. Food choices were limited. Boarding process was chaotic and unorganized. Flight left an hour late."

優點: "Awesome"

優點: "First Airline to harass me about the weight on my bag -- small carry on -- had to check kill me on time. The seats have no legroom -- my back is killing me. The internet could not take my money -- so I could not get'out crucial emails -- it seems like the service was more interested in collecting my email addresses and password -- instead to simply directing me to the payment method -- waste of time."
缺點: "Just about everything"

優點: "Flight delayed by 2 hours. Very little leg room. NO vegan food available. Baggage lost. Abysmal customer service."
缺點: "Will never fly Turkish airlines again"

優點: "Cabin crew was perfect! Food and everything is best!"

優點: "We travel with our 18 month son and the crew was really Profesional, they gave us little souvenirs for my son, the food was delicious, free alcoholic drinks, they were over my expectations. I definitely will fly again with them."

優點: "Extras provided - eye mark, socks etc"
缺點: "My seat was unable to recline. My husband and I were moved to a middle aisle (although we really didn't want to share) only to find that the foot rest at my foot rest was also faulty. It was an uncomfortable flight"

優點: "A much nicer 777 on this leg."
缺點: "The lounge at IST is overcrowded and lacks sufficient showering facilities. There was leftover food everywhere that the overworked staff tried, in vain, to keep up with."

優點: "Great experience for my first international flight."

優點: "The food was the best airplane food I've ever had and the alcohol was free. (By contrast, our SAS flight cost nearly twice as much, left two hours late, causing us to miss our connection, the food was medicore, and the alcohol cost extra). The warm towels were a nice touch. I also appreciated the video regarding in-seat stretching exercises, which were particularly helpful on a long flight. It was nice to board from both the the back and the front of the plane."
缺點: "The seats were too cramped for an 11+ hour flight. One minor annoyance: the flight left in the morning and remained sunlit the whole way as we were heading west. The passenger behind us was trying to sleep and complained to the crew about our shade being up even though she was not wearing the eye covers the crew had given everyone. The crew asked us (politely) more than once to put the shade down, but the electric light was not sufficient for our reading. I don't fault the crew for trying to accommodate an unhappy passenger, but it was an imposition on us as well."

優點: "Super friendly staff, lots of real food to eat, travel kits including slippers and tooth brush, like a throwback to when flying was fun."

缺點: "Wish they came through the cabin with more beverage services. Twice I had to go back to the galley to get a drink."

優點: "Gave us direct flight back to Singapore in premium economy seats."
缺點: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

優點: "Everything was great. All staff were very pleasant and attentive. Really liked their customer service."
缺點: "The chairs in economy line were uncomfortable after a couple of hours. It was really hard to sleep."

缺點: "When I got Istanbul Ataturk Airport, they left me in baggage area with my wheel chair. I had to carry my two luggage through the exit door."

缺點: "Boarding process too complicated with several security check points make the travel more difficult"

缺點: "Airline should advise during check in- especially on line check in there are no electronics on board. This caused significant delay and annoyance for about 100+ passengers"

優點: "Clean and computable plane, very good meals and quick handling for departure"

缺點: "For suggesting that you are the best airline the airplane was VERY unconfortable. seats are super narrow, absolutely no leg room, 12 hrs in that space makes you insane. I would not recomend the airline to anyone. I had high spectations and they werent satisfied at all."

優點: "The food was delicious. I have never had better airplane food. The movies were super new and interesting. I did not have time in the 11 hours of flying to watch all the movies I wanted to. The flight was also incredibly smooth."
缺點: "There were a few small things that could have been better (Which I'll mention), but the worst thing about the flight was the airport. Ataturk Airport is a mess. After the attempted coup, they really upped security, forcing all international flights to go through a second security screening after transferring from another airport. It's understandable but the line moved at a molasses-like speed when I had only 25 minutes to make my connecting flight. The security personnel were rude, as well. Also, when I went to make my connecting gate in Cairo, there was no one at the gate after the required boarding time (Because security had held us up), forcing some of us to board the plane without having anyone to show us onto the plane (Very scary). The flight boarding was chaotic, and no announcements were made about what we were supposed to do. Besides the lack of boarding gates, the only other serious complaint I had against Turkish Airlines (Because it really was great overall) was that the pilots and flight attendants were very hard to understand. I have taught ESL for the past 5 years, and I still had a hard time as an American understanding their English. Also, they frequently didn't understand or misunderstood questions that I would ask them. I've never had a hard time understanding flight attendants on an international flight, but I only understood about 20% of what anyone said over the loud speaker in the plane. And it's nice to be able to understand when the pilot says, "We are experiencing some turbulence and would like everyone to buckle their seatbelts until it passes." Two small things remain: 1. The bathroom trash cans were full on every flight (A small thing but makes everything feel "trashy"). 2. The flight attendants seemed unhappy, and they definitely seemed unhappy to be serving us. I can only assume they are that way because they aren't treated particularly well by their bosses."

優點: "First of all, the food is fantastic is you are not a meat and potatos (or big mac) kind of person. My original flight left late due to a hold up in security in Chicago. Turkish Air was very responsive and easy to work with when I missed my connector in Istanbul. Friendly crew. Clean jet. Will definitely use them agian."

缺點: "I am 200 cm tall and nobady ask me if wanna sit exit door .. some people 160 and 170 were there ..please next time to put tall people there .."

優點: "The flight was long and the comfort somewhat limited. I was expecting that and I was not disappointed. However, when we reached IAD, the customs check was very quick and the luggage was already there. A very good ending to an arduous trip. Entertainment was first rate and the food prepared with some degree of skill."
缺點: "flight crew did not make much of an effort to secure my purchases from the duty free store. The items never made it and refund had to be issued. Not their fault, but no real effort to contact the store and have the items brought to me...... my fault really,,,, otherwise I would recommend this airline to anyone flying overseas."

缺點: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

優點: "Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class"
缺點: "Window did not darken like the others."

優點: "The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew."
缺點: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

優點: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
缺點: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

缺點: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

缺點: "Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them"

缺點: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

缺點: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

缺點: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

優點: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

優點: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."
