缺點： "耳機聲音轉小，但是機內廣播超大聲，透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉，又不能調整，代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢，我們水果餐先取得，但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴)，只給1張，說晚點給，但是後面座位的人卻有取得，又一直沒有送來，再要求後，才告知已經派送完畢，要我們落地再寫。"

缺點： "Didn’t like the seating arrangement. The check in counter was unwilling to accommodate us, even when we tried to check in four and half hours prior departure. We were unable to seat together for the long flight. On the plane, I noticed 2 family members travel together got aisle seat. I was really disappointed that Cathy Pacific allowed passengers pre-select seat in this method and has no authority or unwilling to accommodate others that flight together. Will not flight Cathy Pacific again."

缺點： "The wheel chair assistance came very late. This aspect can be improved further. It can be more efficient. Although wheel chair assistance is asked, the electric car to move people can also help to compensate for the wait times."
優點： "1st - boarding at hongkong was a pain. You line up at security just to transfer/transit. Then another line up to get inside the boarding area where they again check your ticket and boarding pass. Then theres another line at the gate where they scan your boarding pass. Just when you think you're done, there's another line right before you enter the plane where they check all the hand carry of the passengers. Overkill! 2nd - the crew - not very friendly at all. I noticed they spent more time chitchatting with the caucasian in front of me than with the rest of the asians around me. No smiles for the passengers - not even when they lined up to say hi and goodbye. They were just going through the motions. When they answered the call lights of the ladies in front and beside me, they were curt and abrupt. It was a good thing i didnt need them for anything. Then i happened to go to the restroom and i saw them chatting among themselves in the back while the bathroom was a mess. 3rd - seats were ok, but were narrower 4th - food was hot but the dinner wasnt appetizing at all - some kind of meatball/mashed potato slush. I could only eat less than a quarter of the entree. The breakfast was ok- egg was ok, the bacon was soggy and the sausage was not salty which was a plus. 5th - a lot of movie choices! Helped pass the time quickly"
優點： "Food was great, and the business class 777 seats are a delight. And the captain shuts up through the entire flight --- no interrupting your sleep or movie with stupid observations that no-one wants to hear."
缺點： "The quality of the screens (crappy slow resistive touchscreens) is completely unacceptable for business class in 2018. China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

優點： "I guess I can't expect much from what seems to be a low budget airline. The food was OK and the movie selection was excellent. I didn't have any issues with boarding or baggage check in. There was a mix of good and bad flight staff. Sadly, the staff in bad moods were servicing me."
缺點： "PThe bad mood in-flight staff and the uncomfortable seats. During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat."

缺點： "They had us board from gate 4 and they added a security station and we wandered around trying to find the gate. Someone should have stayed out there to tell us why we couldn't even approach gate 4. It was total confusion being seated in gate 3."

缺點： "The child sitting behind me keeps kicking my seat and never stops making all kinds of noise, that really sucks! One attendant (I believe she is from Hong Kong because she once emphasized that she does not understand Mandarin and she only speaks Cantonese and English) she had different faces and attitudes towards foreigners, people who are Hong Kong citizens and people who are from the Mainland China, which made me and my friends really uncomfortable..."
