優點: "From Atlanta to Manila we were served 2 meals. The time gap between the two servings is just too long. For a 14 hour trip the first meal was just after take off and the second about 2-3 hours before landing. The snack was too small of which we were made to choose : a banana, a bread and a brownie."

優點: "I was recently on flight CI054 from Auckland to Taipei, with a short layover in Brisbane (my final destination was Incheon, South Korea. Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."
缺點: "The one complaint I have is when disembarking the plane in Gold Coast, there was no China Airlines personnel to be found anywhere. Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. The Australian immigration authorities and Gold Coast airport staff took control, but again, China Airlines staff had completely disappeared. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I was really frustrated at the point, but other than that, I would say they handled it quite well"

優點: "From the April 12 Sydney to Seoul flight, the landing at Seoul was so smooth, so professionally done I hardly knew we had touched ground. That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
缺點: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

優點: "I paid a fair price and got very good service. Seeing there were only middle seats available, the person at the check-in counter gave me the option of an exit row seat with lots of leg room. Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

缺點: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

I jinxed myself by stating I never have this issue with AA. Great job at proving me wrong. I flew a good bit last year and these issues didn't start until after the new year., Thank you for your time."

優點: "787 is one of the new planes; beautiful, clean, comfortable. Layout of business class looks efficient yet comfortable. Unlike the complicated layout in BAs business class. Stewards were polite, efficient and low key. Perfect! The pain was not very full so we were able to book the larger seats in the front of economy. I had thought this was the premium economy section but t was not marked as such."
缺點: "I flew economy where food is rarely any good at all. The options was bread & butter pudding or a cheese omelet. However, I noticed a number of passengers (me included) sent it back. I had the cheese and crackers. The least offensive option."

優點: "I usually fly Air France but AA was terrific. Tasty food, pleasant crew, even the toilets were nicely maintained during the 9 hours flight. The only thing that AF does better is provide a full array of printed matter before boarding."

I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

優點: "We did not take this flight when its schedule was moved back, instead taking one LHR-SEA that would get us home at a reasonable hour."
缺點: "The change by British Air in flight departure/arrival times. The resulting adjustment was costly and we were unable to get "extra" seating on the long leg of the trip by the time we were notified of the changes."

優點: "I had a great experience flying with United Airlines right from the moment I boarded the plane. The flight crew welcomed me (not that I expected them to do), the crew were very nice and in positive attitude. But above all, I loved the flight information videos on my screen. They were very informative, very entertaining and engaging, and funny. I think United Airlines did a great job creating these in-flight videos."
缺點: "Alcoholic beverages were expensive on board the plane."

缺點: "They forgot to stock food and red wine. Ran out of white. A joke. Pretzels. United is not a consumer oriented airline anymore. Attitude is they are doing customer a favor just being there. Best avoided."

缺點: "Even though I booked two tickets together at the same time months before the flight, and there was no option to reserve the seats in advance. when we arrived at the airport we had to go to the gates to get our seats and we were separated, both middle seat exit row on opposite aisles. We asked if any changes could be made and we were told we chose economy seating and all the seats were booked. I will avoid flying with uUnited going forward"

優點: "We flew through some pretty turbulent skies but the pilot did a great job, and I saw that he landed in a strong crosswind when's i looked out the window at SAT, although you couldn't have guessed it from how smooth the landing was."

缺點: "They say I miss check in by 1min. There was no more flights to NY. I told them to connect me to Bradley in Connecticut, they say no they can only get me flights on. My original destination. In which they don't have any. They send me all the way to Newark. So i had to find my way to NY then to CT. The TSA officers that work at this airline are awful. Overall experience was horrible. I would give it zero stars if I can."

缺點: "I was disappointed with the united club turning me down in Newark. For the second time I tried using my day passes, and they weren't accepting them... They had huge signs that day passes aren't accepted..."

優點: "Flight delayed 3.5 hours due to server error. I tried to grab another flight from customer service, got a rescheduled flight but now their hotel reservation system crashed. Now I'm laying on a bench in OHare by United Customer Service- unable to board the original delayed flight and no hotel room for the night. I'm so anxiety ridden and exhausted that l am physically ill. I finally got a room at the Hilton OHare at 12:30am. So much for that 9pm flight."

優點: "Employees need to understand that many people who don't fly often have an anxiety about the whole process. Being friendly and helpful goes a long way in making the experience less of a hassle. United seems to understand this and for the most part their employees were very friendly and helpful. I will choose united whenever possible."

缺點: "How can united cancel my return reservation after they delayed my arrival flight forcing me to jump in a car and drive the 3 hrs I could have driven earlier that day! i choose to fly to make life easier but due to the service I would rather use a different airline or just drive to ensure I'll be at my destination on time."

缺點: "The flight from Newark was delayed and caused me to miss my flight from SFO to TPE. The gate staff on arrival did nothing to help ensure that I would make the flight. I chose United because i expected reliable service, instead I got the worst ever experience with an airline."
