There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."

缺點： "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

At the airport they were very helpful in getting me onto another flight, as my flight had been delayed, which in turn would make me miss my second flight. All the cabin crews were very friendly. I think that the people that work for Cathay make up for a lot of what Cathay lacks in other aspects."

缺點： "There was not enough information about the flight delays and the causes for these delays. It was a little stressful and rushed as my layover in HK was quite short. The boarding process could be a lot better if people were boarded according to rows. Food on most Cathay flights in general was pretty disappointing. 個人覺得土耳其航空服務人員非常沒有溫度.很制式的完成工作。

缺點： "Turkish Airlines, as always, up to the mark!"

優點： "It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time"

優點： "Everything...the food was delicious, the staff was gracious and always went the extra mile."

缺點： "The are not nice at all"

優點： "The food on the airline is good. Entertainment system has many movies to watch. The boarding system from Istanbul is a Nightmare!"

缺點： "Once I asked the air hostess for a sandwich, i was really hungry, she said she would have to walk to back of plane and they would be serving food in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I went back to ask for a sandwich and handed me a tray of meal and said to eat this."

優點： "Sweet crew members"

優點： "Sleeping accommodations, storage, crew attentiveness in business class was outstanding. 5he business lounge in Istanbul was the best ever. Great airline."

缺點： "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

優點： "The crew was very attentive. I was surprised at the amount of food and drink service. It was nice to have on such a long flight. Seats were comfortable and I was able to sleep well which is not easy for me on planes."

優點： "Entertainment system was great. Plenty of movies, games, & tv shows available. Food was good - two full meals during 10 hr. Flight to and from Chicago. Seats, even in economy, were comfortable. Was very happy to learn that baggage would be checked thru to Denver from Athens, even though plane changes were made in Istanbul and Chicago. The two bags did not make the Chicago/Denver transfer, but were on the next United flight an hour later."

缺點： "Boarding process in Athens and Istanbul was confusing. Although boarding groups were assigned, none were used that we could tell. Just mass lineups, with little or no organization that we could see."

缺點： "The food - I always have a v-meal - is sadly inadequate. Not enough of it, and very unimaginative. And they always supply the same thing, unless I was just unlucky to have the same thing three times in a row. Boarding was chaotic - a full flight crammed into a departure lounge with far too few seats. There were many families trying to board and the staff could barely cope."

缺點： "Our trip to Europe required three legs: Boston to Ljubljana, Slovenia; Slovenia to Barcelona; and Barcelona to Boston. Each leg required a plane change in Istanbul which added a lot of time to the trip and resulting jet lag. We knew this going in but were motivated by the very low fare. I don't think I'd do it again."

Some of the air hostess were mean and hoarding foods.Nigerians patronize Turkish Airlines a lot. Turkish Airlines need to improve better and treat customers right."

Some of them didn't speek English and didn't understand why thy have to stay in the airport.On the other hand I saw how the officials laughed at him because he tried to fight for the place on the flight by using a foreign language. It is an ugly phenomenon that does not respect people"

缺點： "We passed through 5 layers of security and still had a security threat on the airplane. After re-searching everyones bags and seats we finally departed 2.5 hours late. If there is a threat take everyone OFF the airplane. Nobody wanted to be there for the search. Pull us off and bring the dogs on"

How does an airline not put a tag on a bag and give a bagage tag to a customer. ?? And after going on a cruise with one Carry on and everything Lost they don't even give us an allowance or a normal kit for toiletries and no one answers our questions. All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

優點： "Perfect trip, seats comfortable and soft even in economy and having personal entertainment was a pleasant surprise. also good selection of films. Food was just a sandwich but better quality than other companies."

優點： "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."

缺點： "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

缺點： "The new carry-on laptop caused a delay of about 1 hr before departure and arrival an hour late, then claiming the laptop was almost a nightmare with long queue after picking up the luggages, one has to also claim their laptops in a make shift station In the baggage claims area. My suggestion is to put the computer laptops in alphabetic order by last name/surname, with the claim ticket,for easier access when picking up. As for departure, probably at check in to inform them that if you have a laptop carry-on so that can be taken care of right away as not to delay departure when they take it at the departing gate. This should be done at check in if in Turkey, or as a transferring traveler, to inform the traveler to take care of that as soon as arrived to transferring destination and for the traveler not to wait until boarding time at the boarding gate."

優點： "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

優點： "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."

When we arrived in Beijing for our connection to Bangkok, we had to search out people for help, there was absolutely no one forthcoming with explanations. We were travelling as 2 friends, I was booked on one flight and my travelling companion on another 15 hours later! This only got changed when we explained that we both only had hand luggage! To then board the flight and sit on the tarmac, engines running, simply waiting, no explanations again!! Will we ever fly China Airways again?? If we could exchange our return flight tickets to that of another Star Alliance member we would."

優點： "Exceptionally, there was an audio on this flight! I enjoyed movies very much! Also the chicken lunch there was delicious."

缺點： "When I made my reservation the time to make my connecting flight in Beijing to Dulles (IAD) was 2 hr. Air China shortened the delay to 1 hr. We arrived on time but did not get off the plane until 12:00. They began boarding our connecting flight at 12:15. My husband needed the use of a wheelchair and with the help of the airport staff member we RAN through immigration (flew in from Hong Kong), had to go through security a second time, lost my iPad at security due to our rapid departure. We got to the flight at 12:30 and made it just in time to board. Our luggage could not be transferred in time and arrived the next day. This is just too difficult for people of any age to do...my husband and I are both in our 70s."

優點： "At the moment I'm here at Beijing Airport because of their 22hr delay. They promised a hotel, but there was nobody to ask where to go too. People speak poor English. So I just decided to stay and check at the airport hourly hotel just so I could take a shower and sleep.. But it was full and waiting. So I'm here 2am waiting for my 6pm to Manila. This will be my and my last with Air China!! They are not customer and client friendly. This the mosr terrible flight I've been. Never again!"

It takes approx 35-45 mins to contact customer care, you are way better off taking the tickets from airline as they cannot help much if the tickets are done through agency and not airline directly. Moreover the agency charges additional fee over and above airline fees for any changes"

缺點： "Was a bit bummed they did a water/beverages security check at the gate before boarding the plane. Full, unopened water bottles purchased feet from the gate were not allowed to be brought on board. With it being a 12 hour flight, I would prefer to have a water bottle ready whenever I need a drink instead of relying on the flight attendants to bring water by the tiny cup full. Seemed inconvenient without any purpose stated. Also in one section of the plane it smelled strongly of an uncleaned bathroom."

優點： "Check-in and boarding went very well, very quickly."

缺點： "The plane was suppose to depart at 6:25 pm, it ended up being closer to 8:00. I suppose that really didn't have to do with anything Air China did, but we ended up landing nearer to 11:00 than the 9:45 that I booked, It was nearly midnight before I was able to get home."

優點： "Hard to find anything that was worth mentioning as outstanding - boarding happened without any hickup and food was average/good."

Crew not very helpful - language barrier very huge and almost impossible to understand "English" used by crew and on intercom. example: Ladies and gentlemen - sounds like "fishermen" We are taxying towards the runway - came out as ... "we are taxying the wong way" - thankfully we ended on the right runway."

The seats were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced on over 40 airlines. Further, the Chinese policy of not allowing cell phone use in flight (even in airplane mode) made the experience all the more terrible."

優點： "The attendant tried very hard to help me fix the broken headphone jack, and when it didn't work, she gave me another seat that had a working jack and way more legroom."

缺點： "Every time the entertainment was paused for an announcement, it turned the volume WAY up, so loud that it hurt my ears and every time i had to tear the earphones off. I understand not wanting to let people mute the announcements, but minimum volume should be around 30-40%, not 70%"
