Great flight. everything was good but food. Pasta for breakfast. Beef flavor dish(not much beef to be found) with rice and couple of small salads.
We appreciate your excellent customer service. My 88-year old Mom enjoyed your rest room with companion care, suitable to our needs. Your relentless patience, sincerity and humility struck chords remarkably in our hearts. You treated everyone fairly. Thanks for keeping us all safe and secure. :)
Don’t use JetStar to go to Narita! Walking long distance to get to terminal. It’s like a some penalty or punishment !!!!

She then checked on me constantly to see how I was feeling, and suggested sparkling water. When I deplaned, she checked one more time with me, if they could do anything. I was feeling much better, and give this airline my highest endorsement."

I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

優點： "My 96-yr-old father was given an airport wheelchair after we checked his own transport chair. He was wheeled through security and to the departure gate. We were advised they changed us to a bulkhead row w/an unoccupied seat adjacent to his. Twice during the flight one of the flight attendants came to tell him that she would help him off the plane so to wait for her after the rest of the passengers disembarked. The meal was very tasty.Chicken karaage was not crispy but I wouldn't expect it to be. The rest of the items were well seasoned with the right consistency. Dessert was a flan custard with passion fruit sauce (very Hawaii!), even including a few seeds from the fruit as garnish."

缺點： "More often than not, Philippine Airlines has been our airline of choice because we found their rates to be fair and flights direct and easy. Despite the fact that the PAL terminal was pretty poor, and the food on board was never really decent, we remained loyal to PAL for quite a few years. On our way back to Melbourne from Manila on June 17, Saturday, Colin, Hendrix and I were awaiting boarding at gate 10 for flight PR 209. Having flown with PAL from Melbourne to Manila (as well as with another airline from Manila to Manchester and back), we understood that the usual procedure was to allow passengers with infants to board first. Due to the lack of order (there were no clear queues in sight), Colin decided to ask 3 different PAL personnel if there was, indeed, a priority queue for people travelling with infants. ALL THREE PERSONNEL ASSURED US THAT THEY WERE NOT YET BOARDING AND THAT WE WOULD BE CALLED UPON PRIOR TO THEM LETTING ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANE. 2 minutes later, a PAL personnel appears with signage that reads certain row numbers and begins to call out to ALL PASSENGERS FOR BOARDING. Colin swiftly rushes to the front (me and baby in tow) and demands an explanation as to why we were told one thing but are watching them act upon something completely different. I wish I was joking when I tell you that the personnel just stared blankly at us and then carried on checking boarding passes. No apologies, no explanation offered. As soon as we boarded, Colin turned to the first flight steward he saw and asked for a complaint form and told this could ONLY be done online, to which Colin requested we be given the email/web address upon take off. The seats assigned to us were on the right most side of the aircraft, a window and a middle seat. As Colin was placing our bags in the overhead compartment, the steward called to Colin from across the aisle (past the 3 seats in the middle of the plane) to introduce the purser, Jolly Bello. Please note this was happening while people were also trying to get past and get to their seats -and Mr. bello called out across the aisle, "I heard you have a complaint??" to which Colin, baffled, replied "yes do you want to come over here so we aren’t shouting over these people?". Colin yet again told this purser what the complaint was about and was asked (verbatim) "so would you like to make a complaint against THEM?" Would the correct protocol not be to 1. Apologise for any confusion, miscommunication or poor service, 2. Take some responsibility and acknowledge the complaint and 3. Maybe come approach us AFTER TAKE OFF and not while everyone is trying to board the plane? We are no longer choosing Philippine Airlines."

I was moved to a row of empty seats and it made my flight very comfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on the flight but the attention received from everyone was first class and may very well have saved my life. Thank you Scoot.

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

優點： "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."
優點： "Everything worked"
缺點： "Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap."
優點： "Overall it was a good flight."
缺點： "No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition."
缺點： "Seats we given did not recline .as they were just in front of emergency exit . The extra leg room seats were empty, but would have to pay extra to sit on them"

缺點： "It’s late for 4 hours. Although I got the lunch ticket, I still get to my destination late. The compensation voucher is only valid for 6 months. I don’t think I will take Scoot in a such short term. Meh."
缺點： "The process to check and pay for a bag at the airport was ridiculous. We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."
優點： "Being a budget airline, you really get what you pay for. Seats do not recline. Minimum legroom. I was thankful that it was only a 1-hour flight"
缺點： "Stiff, uncomfortable seats without controls. Just adequate legroom for a 5’3” person"

缺點： "If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."
優點： "Flight to Manila from Singapore was an easy 3 hour flight. There were no delays and the aircraft was clean."

缺點： "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow."
缺點： "Going from one hot country to another so had no need for a winter coat... it was so cold on that flight I caught a cold"

優點： "Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again."
缺點： "Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?"
優點： "We were given the opportunity to bid for an upgrade which was totally worth it! We will definitely fly with Scoot again."
優點： "The flight was cheap and the plane itself (B787) is a new plane and the lower pressurised altitude is very nice."
缺點： "I didn't like being told off by one of the flght attendants for eating my own food on the flight. If Scoot's food was more reasonably priced I would buy it, but it is overpriced and therefore I need to bring my own. The seats are uncomfortable for sleeping in. The cabin temperature was a bit cold and with no blanket supplied this made it hard to sleep. Even though you are flying between two tropical destinations, I would recommend bringing a jumper."
缺點： "Boarding was quite messy as flight was delayed but many passengers were not informed. Only one service officer was being bombarded with questions from passengers when it would save so much trouble just making a proper announcement in the first place. Boarding queue also merged with another flight departing at a similar time, causing a massive bottleneck. Whilst on board, pre-ordered food was not served with cutlery and it took another 15 mins to get the attn of the stewardess to get the cutlery served. Would have been faster to just get it myself."
